C19 | Wishes Will Come True |

Chapter 19

You sat in your bedroom and stared at the wall. You just finished cleaning the room. You cleaned the best you could, it looked like Levi just cleaned. The room also smelled like him, the smell of scented cleaning products. His favorite was rain. Whenever it poured, he always looked out the window and admired the water rushing down the buildings. You loved how peaceful and sweet he was when it stormed.

"The snow won't stop, will it..." You murmured to yourself. Today was the strongest blizzard you have had in a long time. You got up off you bed and changed into sweat pants and an 'ugly' christmas sweater. Christmas was right around the corner and you had no presents for anyone. You didn't feel good about it but you couldn't go out because of the blizzard.

"Oh _____~?" You hear Lily and Anaya call.

"Yea?" You answer.

"Wanna go out?!" They cheer.

"Nah, go have fun." The two girls sigh and walk away. You get up off your bed and start to undress. You step into the warm bath and sigh. You close your eyes as the warm water relaxes your tense muscles.

After about an hour the water started to cool down so you elected to get out. Today was just like any other day, get up and do absolutely nothing. You have never enjoyed being alone, nor will you ever. But you'd imagine no one likes being alone.

You stumble out of the shower in your towel and walked into the other room to dress. You slide on the same outfit you had on before. You open your door but close it immediately, you forgot about your slippers. You put them on and step into the bare hallway. You heard nothing.

You started wandering down the hall. You look at the ground for a while, counting how many steps you're taking. Suddenly, you bump into Noah.

"Oh, sorry Noah." You murmur.

"It's fine. No harm done." He smiles. "How have you been?" He asks. You shrug your shoulders while trying to come up with an answer.

"I'm doing great, how are you." You reply.

"Ummm. Cold..." You nod, knowing how he feels.

"I'll see you around." Noah waves as you walk away. You turn the corner and start running. You snag your scarf and wrap it around yourself, making yourself look like a ninja in the process. You slam the front door open and jump into the snow.

You look up to see Lily and Anaya in the snow waving. You get up and run to them.

"What's up with the sudden burst of energy _____?" You shrug your shoulders.

"But I'm pooped now." You admit.

"Hey let's go inside and hang." You nod.

"So, you're a Corporal?" Lily asks. You nod. You take a small sip of your steaming hot chocolate in hand.

"Did you guys seethe shooting star last night?" Lily asks. You and Anaya nod.

"Did you wish on it?"

"Yea." Anaya murmurs.

"Bro! What did you wish for?!" Lily shouts.

"Don't you know you can't tell?" You ask. Lily starts laughing.

"Yup!" You roll your eyes at her. Suddenly, Anaya's door burst open with a painting Jean at the door way.

"Déjà vu..." Anaya mutters.

"I hear ya." You say back.

"What?" Lily asks.

"Someone is at the front gate. And they look injured." You sigh and get up.

"Go and get the person and bring him, or her, inside." You order. You run down the hall and throw on your ninja scarf again. You slide your boots and jacket on in the process.

Anaya and Lily follow you to the main room of the HQ. Jean and Eren soon walk into the HQ with the person limping by their side.

"Get the person a dry towel!" You order. Anaya runs off and comes back with one. You take it and start walking towards the unknown human. You stop in front of him/her and wrap the towel around them.

"Are you okay?" The person nods, you looked down at him/her, trying to see their face.

"What's your name?" You ask. The mysterious person looks up at you and smiles. You stand there in disbelieve as the pale man looked at you. You cover you mouth, trying not to let out a cry.

"Who does it look like you idiot?"
