Part 83

Class 1-A stepped into the light of the stadium and was welcomed by cheering from all the viewers. "Class 1-A followed by Class 1-B" President mic announced. Shi turned behind him to look at this new class. Apparently his class has already had some interaction with them before the festival. 

"Next is the general studies groups, Class C, D and E followed by support cores students. Class F G and H" Students from different entrances started piling into the stadium. Shi did not think UA was this big there has to be more than 500 students here. 

"I heard that the business studies aren't taking part" One person said behind Shi. "Yeah there more focused on selling things and also expanding there knowledge." 

A small frown covered Shi's face, he could not get his head around his subject. Who could turn down a good fight? 

"Quiet everyone?" A feminin voice said from the front of the crowd. "Who is that again?" Shi thought while staring at the woman wearing a skin tight suit and has a whip like thing on her belt. 

"Representing the students of the first years it Katsuki Bakugo from class 1-A. The boy who reached first place in the entrance exam." The woman announced. Shi waited for Katsuki to say what he wanted to seeing as he could not finish his previous words. 

As his name was announced, a few gasps and whispering erupted from the students. Shi moved up in the crowd to get closer to the stage awaiting his speech. 

The boy had a blank face as he stood in front of the mic.  "I plague....to be number one in this tournament" 

As soon as those words were said, boo's erupted from everyone including the spectators. Katsuki simply ignored it and walked down back to the class 1-A group. 

"Why did you do something so disrespectful like that?!" Iida asked while chopping the air to make his point. 

"Shut up and at least be a nice stepping stone for me to get past" This caused Iida to go even more crazy with his hand movement. 

Shi stood still at the front waiting for his next command. He was planning to use Katsuki's words as a method of inspiration.  Suddenly someone tapped Shi's shoulder. The boy slowly turned around and was instantly brought down with a hug. 

"Hita! What are you doing here!?!?!" Shi asked in disbelief. The girl was only to come after the festival so why was she here now. 

"I-I-I'm here to p-par-participate" The girl said as she rested her head on Shi's chest. The two have not seen each other for over 2 weeks now and luckily people were still going crazy about Katsuki so not many people noticed him. 

"It's good to see you Hita" Shi said returning the girls hug. 

The two slowly stood up when there next command was issued. "All right, lets continue to the first challenge" Midnight said directing her hand towards an exit. "Challenge 1 is a race. As long as you keep on the corse....it does not matter what you do. Its now time to show your school spirit." Midnight licked her lips seductively as she watched how the students started walking to the start. 

The large corridor was cramped and people were pushing to try and get ahead. "Lets start this super amazing race. This thing consists of a few interesting parts but we would get there as the race goes on. Lets start the count down!" President mic's voice boomed through the speakers as the count down started.

Shi lifted his fist up, clenching it tightly. He has been waiting for this for a while. Shi could not notice this but as soon as he clenched his fist something inside him sparked. The veins on his body started becoming more and more visible even changing to a purple color.

The students behind Shi was excited until an odd fog started coming out from Shi's feet. It covered the ground and each piece of grass it touched, caused the thing to wither away and die.

Shi's veins slowly returned to normal but stayed there purple color. The fog on the other hand stopped as well. But something else was happening. A dark purple lightning started going around Shi.
