Part 112

Winter came this year in full storm. The village has been rebuilt a descent amount but were still far away from what we once were. Shi and Donzo along with his personal guard were walking through the land of iron. 

The whole time it was quiet, no one dared to try to attack the other...well accept the ambush that happened just before they left the land of fire, but Shi's clones took care of them easily 

Shi was on high alert the whole time, his body twitched slightly from the thought of being so close that he can kill Danzo in a second. "Lord Danzo, how far are we from the meeting" The strange man that was Danzo's other guard complained . "We should be arriving in a few minutes" Danzo said calmly, his guard was up the whole time. Shi could not help but let loose a huge amount of killing intent. 

The sound of an eagles cry sounded through the area as a scroll dropped into Shi's hand. Danzo luckily did not notice. Shi slowly opened the letter.

Shi had a small smile form on his face, it was his chance to try and take his brother away from the Akatsuki. "Were here" Danzo said as a massive building came into there view. Shi lost count of time because of thinking what to do. 

They slowly enter the the building that was filled with guards. Each wore heavy armor and a sword. 

A guard slowly leaded them towards a room with a huge U shaped table. Each Kage was sitting at there designated spot with there guards behind a banner so to not arouse any conflict. 

"You the 5 kage. Are summoned here by the Raikage's summon. I Ifumi will preside over this meeting and now let the 5 kage summit commence." An elderly man said looking onto the kage.

Shi gave Danzo's guard a slight glare from the side as he noticed that he pulled out a poisoned Kunai and tried to stab Shi in the side."Move one more inch and you can say good by to your skin" Shi whispered sending the man killing intent. The man tisked loudly before placing the kunai back. 

Shi listen closely to the Kage's discussion. Some part he agreed on some, not so much. There treating the junchuriki like caged animals, only to be released when needed. "Very few have fully gained control of a tailed beast. Hagaromo senju, Madara Uchiha, the 4th Mizukage and yes the Raikage's brother Killer bee" Danzo said but suddenly Shi felt how everyone pulled out there weapons. So he did the same instinctively. "Enough of this nonsense!" The Raikage shouted slamming his fist onto the table creating a large dust cloud. 

When it settled every guard was in a stand off. Shi was holding his sword in front of Danzo's neck with his guard having one pointed to him. The other Guards were in a standoff against The Raikage's. 

"This summit is not a place for battle. Please stop any more action that lacks servility" Ifumi said calmly. 

"Stand down" Danzo said without a moment of hesitation. Danzo's guard slowly lowered his sword. Shi had a scowl form on his forehead before slowly lowing his. Soon all the Kage followed. 

All Guards jumped back behind the banners, seemingly disappearing. "The Leaf, sand, stone and mist. Akatsuki is composed of shinobi from all your villages. I have knowledge that you and former Kage used the Akatsuki for there work. That is why I don't trust any of you.  The ultimate reason your all called to this summit is to question your loyalty" 

"What do you mean by all this?" Gaara asked out of pure shock. "You are the Kazekage yet you dont know? Go ask your village elders, you the sand use to use the Akatsuki in battle." The Raikage was furious at this moment but still tryed to keep his cool. 

The Tsuchikage explained the reason to Gaara perfectly. If your villages might gets pulled down so much that your rely on inexperienced ninja's then you dont have a choice.

"All nations are guilty of using the Akatsuki. There a group of professionals and the hidden mist is the worst of them all. That is where they started, under the 4th Mizukage's blood lust." 

"Well since were on this topic let me explain the mist's action. We have information showing that the 4th Mizukage Jagura was forced to do all those things by a grater power" The lady said. 

"A greater power?" Gaara asked. 

"Well before you get too deep into that, maybe I should finish what I was about to say earlier" Danzo said, looking down at the table. "It's probable that the leader of the Akatsuki is...Madara Uchiha." 

This took everyone by surprise, arousing many questions. 

Once everyone was quiet and there shock settled, Ifumi spoke "As a neutral nation I propose this. Why not for one large allied nations until the Akatsuki are put to an end. It has never happened before but all nation leaders are right here." 

"But having such a large force needs a good leader and seeing as you all chose me to be the nuteral party, I will decide who will lead the allied nations. The leaf has the last jinchuriki and I presume how he is guided will be key to stopping this war. So I say why not let the Hokage lead the army?" 

Shi gripped his sword hilt tightly at this news. "Danzo cant be a leader, not if I can take care of it"
