This is the edited version of Hail the King vol.1 - you can find the original version on noodletowntranslated.com, which now includes over 1000 translated chapters, or on wattpad under several different people.

You might wander then, what is the point of this version? I started reading this web novel a few months ago, and one thing that prevented me from enjoying it was the translation. So many different ways to phrase it, and it would've attracted hundreds of other people. In fact, this criteria is often what determines if a person will read the book or not. Many times, I have stopped reading a book because of the quality of the writing.

This is when I thought, I should put my writing skills to the test... The easiest for me was to pick a light novel (or in this case, web novel) and get to work. Many people on wattpad post light novels without editing a single word, merely copying and pasting the translation.

I am offering quality editing, where 20 to 70% of the resulting text is different from the original translation.

While the story in itself will stay the same, I do have plans to slightly change some characters, particularly those against the main character as they all appear identically shallow and perverted - I want to add depth to those characters. Swearing has also been toned down to an acceptable amount.

I am not doing this for 'free'. Editing books is a passion for me and practice for my own books.
