-Katniss's POV-

After I dropped Iris at Effie's I go back home. My phone rings.

Dear Katniss,

Today as you know is mom and dad's 2nd year of passing away, meet me at their graves at 7:00.

I dress into a black shirt that is ripped on the sleeves and leaves one shoulder is bare and says in big letters 'rock.', short black jean shorts that are ripped, black Uggs, my hair in a high, messy ponytail, and add black eyeshadow.

I grab my red electric guitar and run to the balcony. Instead of a roof it's one big balcony. I feel so empty with my parents.

I plug in my guitar into my huge amps. I sing here's to never growing up. Peeta opened his window to check on me. At the end I'm breathless. I drop my guitar and accidentally fall down stairs. I limp to my room and take out my cannula. I put the breathing mask and take deep breathes.

I feel alright and put the cannula in again. I go to Effie's house to get Iris.I take a jumpy Iris from her. She has a white skirt on with a purple shirt and white ballet flats."thank you." I say. "Oh! No problem deary!" She says.

I take Iris to the store with me. "Ma!" She giggles as I put her in the store cart. She's eight months and when I graduate she will be nine months. I read that nine month babies start learning how to say mama and daddy plus start walking.

She's growing up. I stop in the middle of the aisle and look into Iris's eyes.

"Maybe you could get a brother or sister when your a little older. Just maybe." I say. I know they would be actually cousins but I have a feeling they would act like siblings.

I kinda wonder if she likes music, I heard Aster also had dad's voice like me and would sing to Iris. She likes my singing.

I take my iPhone 5c and some earphones. I gently put the earphones in her ear and out the volume to the 2nd one. I put on Barbie Girl by Aqua.

She jumps up and down, clapping, smiling and giggling. She obviously likes it.

We go to the toy aisle and she sees a little elephant that is grey with blue eyes and inside the ears it's the same blue. She reaches for it crying.

I give it to her and she cuddles it. I kiss her cheek and she kisses mine. "I'll get you it." I smile. "Wa!" She says.

I get a FaceTime call. Peeta.

I slide the button on answer.

"Hey baby." He says.

"Hey babe." I say smiling.

"What are you doing?" He asks.

"Shopping with Iris. I got her an elephant." I laugh and turn the camera on her.

"She looks adorable.." He says.

I can see him looking at the cannulas in my nose.

"I can see you looking at it." I say.

"I'm sorry I'm just so worried. Last time I thought you were going to die or have lung cancer." He says.

I shake my head. "I wouldn't leave you." I say.

"Always." He says.

"Always." I repeat.
