3rd person POV
Bilbo Baggins just said goodbye to Gandalf the Gray and was now on his way to the little Hobbit hole he owned. Even from afar he saw many Hobbit's with wheelbarrows or carrying something to come on him. The little Hobbit frowned. What the hell is going on here? When he saw what the others took away he was speechless. Then he found his voice again and said:
"Wait a minute that's my mothers glory box and that's my dining chair... Put that pouf down! What is going on Mr. Palmore?"
"Hello Mr. Bilbo! You are not supposed to be here..."
"What do you mean?" Bilbo became more angry every moment.
"On account of you being presumed dead in our..."
"I am not dead! Presumed or otherwise!" now Bilbo Baggins didn't want to hear another word. He left Mr. Palmore were he stood and hurried to his home.
"Mr. Bilbo!" poor Mr. Palmore shouted after him, but Bilbo didn't stop.
When he arrived at his little Hobbit hole he had to watch his foot rest being sold. He had to do something. That's just not true...!
"Stop! Stop! There's been a mistake!"
"Who are you?" Lobelia Sackville-Baggins asked.
"Who- You know perfectly well who I am Lobelia Sackville-Baggins!" hissed the little Hobbit. He had changed during his trip with the dwarves. "This is my home and those are my spoons. Thank you very much."
"That's most irregular! You may have been more than 13 month since the disappearance." the one conducting the auction protested. "If you are in fact Bilbo Baggins and undeceased, can you prove it?"
"What?!"
"Oh well... Something official with your name on it suffice."
"All right." Bilbo searched his pockets and his backpack for the contract he had signed to became burglar for Thorin Oakenshield. But he couldn't find it. The grey-blue eyes of the Hobbit filled with panic. He had put the contract in his pockets, so where was it? It had vanished. Somewhere, even before the borders of the shire, a long piece of parchment flutterted through the wind which was noticed by no one.
"It... it... was there! Just a moment ago!"
"I'm sorry, Mr. Baggins. If you can't prove that you really are Mr. Baggins I won't be able to help you." Bilbo looked at him in horror. Some felt pity for him, but most Hobbit's asked themselves why he had to come back after being presumed dead, without something that would prove that he was who he said he was. Bilbo sad turned around. This wasn't his home anymore. And so he decided to travel back to the lonely mountain and stay with his friends. In Erebor.
