Sunday was the only day of the week when Lea can relax and stay in her pajamas.
@MsLeaSalonga Finally, a day for doing a whole lot of nothing.
She was already finished with the house chores. She was even done with her laundry. Yes, she does her own laundry. She's not that spoiled.
She was mainly focused on the game that she was playing, when her phone rang. She was almost done with this level, so she ignored the call. It was really difficult to kill all those zombies, so she shouldn't get distracted.
" Damn zombies. " she cursed as she failed to win this level. She was killed by a dozen zombies, again. She wanted to blame her phone that was still ringing until now, but even she knew that her video game skills have gone rusty.
She was about to stand up and get her phone when she heard a knock on the door. She swiftly thought about who would visit her today. She had no plans. Well, aside from playing video games, that is.
Grunting, she walked towards the door instead.
Shock was an understatement when she saw not a friend, but a delivery guy outside her door.
" Umm, Miss Lea? " the delivery guy asked shyly, " Delivery for you. "
She was sporting a mixture of confusion and amusement on her face. " I didn't order anything. "
" Pero ito po 'yung address na nakalagay sa order, and also, bayad na po siya. "
Okay, this was borderline creepy.
" Who paid for it? "
" Ayaw po ipasabi eh. "
" Okay then. " She said, raising her eyebrows. " You can tell that person that I didn't accept it. "
" Pero ma'am... "
" Why should I accept food from someone na ayaw magpakilala? What if may lason 'to? "
The delivery guy was about to answer when she heard someone laughing from the bushes. She knew it!
" Excuse me, sinong nagsabing magpa-deliver ka ng food dito? Is this your house? " she asked in an annoyed tone. " And why didn't you tell me first? "
Aga laughed even harder. He approached the delivery guy and thanked him. He took the food from the guy's hand and gave him a tip. " Pagpasensyahan mo na 'yan ha? Masungit talaga 'yan. " he told him, laughing.
" Asshole. " she whispered.
" Kita mo na? " Aga asked. He thanked the delivery guy once more and watched as he walked away. Then he faced her. " You are so mean, Lea. "
" You are an asshole, Aga. " she answered before trying to close the door on his face. But Aga was fast, he was able to stop the door from closing. " Ano ba? " Lea whined. " Sunday na lang pahinga ko from work, manggugulo ka pa? "
His face fell. He looked offended. Oh no.
" No, Aga, I didn't mean that. "
He forced a smile. " This is for you. " He said, giving her the food he ordered. " I just wanted to make sure that you'll have something to eat. Sorry sa istorbo. "
