One thing Lea hated more than having to run through scenes over and over again is ambush interviews. She can answer questions easily, but it was hiding her emotions that she needs some time to prepare for. The media is very hard to please, so she always answered straight to the point, and no lies, as much as possible.
So when she was asked to be interviewed on a live show, which airs at night, she immediately refused. She said she needed some time to prepare. Unfortunately, it was an order from the management, so she had no choice but to do as they say.
" So, how does it feel, being back on the big screen? " Boy Abunda, the host of TWBA asked, smiling.
" Nakaka-pressure, Tito Boy. " she answered honestly. " There's the thought na, baka hindi magustuhan, or baka hindi na bagay sa akin 'yung mag-act on movies. "
" I heard that you're working with Bea in the movie? How does it feel like? "
This was one of the questions that she dreaded answering. She knew what she needed to say, but she was nervous of how she'll look like when she's saying it. Her expressions are very easy to see through.
" Yes, she's with us in the movie. We actually haven't shot any scenes together yet, but I've watched her shoot with Aga, and grabe, sobrang galing na actress. She is really a gem in the industry. "
" So, Aga... Finally. " He said, smiling. " This is your third movie together, right? "

" Does working with him help with the pressure that you're feeling? "
" Yes, of course, Tito Boy. " She said these next words carefully. " He's very caring. Laging nagtatanong if i'm comfortable. Very thoughtful, din. He's fun to work with, that why he's my favorite. Lagi akong pinapasaya ni Aga on the set. " And off the set, she wanted to add.
" Nako, mukhang may nagseselos. " he said, which caught Lea's attention. " Lea, may napadaan sa studio, say hi to Mayor Herbert Bautista! "
The cameras panned over to where Herbert was standing. He flashed a smile, then started walking towards her. She froze on her seat. She didn't know what to do, or what to say. This was why she hated ambush interviews so much. She wasn't given time to prepare for anything that might happen!
" Hi, Lea. Na-miss kita. " he leaned forward, and placed a kiss on her cheek. It wasn't the usual beso, he used his lips for that kiss; which earned a thunderous clap from the audience. Why they clapped for that, Lea had no idea.
