Lea had been busy all week. She had a pre-prod meeting for The Voice Kids, followed by guestings and recording sessions for the SEA Games theme song. She had a lot on her plate, and frankly, if it wasn't for Aga driving her most days, she would surely miss her call times.

Today was a Sunday, and that meant it's Babes Day. Funnily enough though, on her one and only rest day for the next two weeks, she got sick.

She woke up with a throbbing head and her throat felt itchy and sore. Wearing nothing but Aga's shirt is definitely a mistake, since she's burning up and her room felt like it was snowed in.

She wrapped the blanket around her body and blindly felt around for her phone. She finally found it hiding under a pillow. Checking the time, she realized that it was just after 7 o'clock, and that meant Aga was still sleeping. Squinting, she clicked on her speed dial number 2 and waited for the person on the other line to pick up.

" Good morning, babe. Napatawag ka ata? " the voice greeted. " What's up? "

" Dawny? Come over. I'm sick, " she said in a throaty voice. " Please? "

" Sabi ko naman kasi sa'yo, tigilan mo 'yang sobrang kaka-trabaho mo, " Dawn lectured. She really was the mother hen in her group of friends. " Ang yaman yaman mo na, puro ka pa concert, guestings, projects. Ilang anak ba ang gusto niyo ni Aga, ha? Teka, speaking of Aga, bakit ako ang tinawagan mo? Why not him? "

" It's early, he might not be awake yet, " she coughed. " And we'll see each other later, so it's all good. "

" Plus you don't want him to know you're sick? "

Yep, Dawn exactly hit the target. " He doesn't have to know. " He should, but she's worried that it might cause him to overreact. Aga can be such a drama queen when he wants to be. " I'll feel better later, I swear. "

" After I feed you corn soup? "

" Yes, please. " Dawn's corn soup instantly makes her feel better. Sometimes, she drives all the way to Makati just to slurp the goeey goodness that is Dawn's cooking. " See you in an hour? "

Dawn paused for a while. Lea heard whispers. Male whispers. " Make that two. Gomz just got out of the shower. " Her friend said, then ended the call.

Wow. 7 in the morning and her friends are doing something that is usually done when the sun sets. She wanted that, too, but it's never the right time with Aga. Plus the fact that they still hadn't had the 'talk'.

Lea placed the phone on her bedside table, and tried to go back to sleep. She can't bring herself to stand up, so she'll just wait until Dawn's here. Maybe then, she'll finally be able to get herself out of bed.

After a few minutes of turning and tossing, Lea was still widely awake. She was thinking of Aga, and how much she missed him. Granted he drives her most of the times, but he usually has to go to the set afterwards. He needed to shoot a lot of scenes with Bea, since Lea took two weeks off from the movie to finish her other commitments. She missed that set, though. She missed talking to Inang over breaks. She missed staying in Aga's dressing room when hers is just a few steps away. She missed taking naps with him, sharing one teeny blanket, his arm under her neck. Those were some of the best naps she ever had. She couldn't be more excited to go back, and she only needed to be away from that for six more days.

She was still mulling over that thought when her phone rang. It has been only ten minutes since she called Dawn, so it can be her. Knowing her friend, she and Gomz would take 45 minutes or so to finish the deed.
