Katherine's POV

As soon as I saw that Kayla was on the floor, I rushed to her side. There was blood coming out of her head.

"Oh god." I whispered panicked. I quickly bit my wrist, and opened her mouth then put my wrist in her mouth. There was no response. I started to freak out, and I started thinking on what could help her.

Then someone was to my right side. I looked, and saw that it was Elijah. I sighed in relief, and then got picked up.

"Put me down." I growled even though I knew it was Kol.

"Elijah is going to help her." he whispered in my ear, making me calm down at once.

Elijah bit his wrist, and put it Kayla's mouth. She didn't respond making both Elijah, and I freak out. Then Bella appeared out of nowhere, making me wanna get closer. Kol wouldn't let me, so I growled. He still didn't listen, which made me sigh in annoyance.

"The reason why she isn't responding is that there's something inside of her head." Bella said while looking at the back of her head.

"Can you get it out?" Damon asked sounding like he was about to loose control of himself.

"I can levitate it out." she replied, and started to chant something witchy. It actually sounded familiar which was really weird. Then we saw a sliver of cement floating out of Kayla's head. It made me relieved when it was out because Elijah had given her some blood, and it healed her. I could smell the wound closing because there was no more fresh blood pouring out of her head.

Elijah picked her up, and started to walk up the stairs. We followed after her, and luckily none of us lost control 'cause none of us has had bood in a while. Well the ones that like the human stuff anyway.

Elijah's POV

As I carried her up the stairs I felt like a huge relief went through my whole body. I felt happy that Kayla was going to be fine, but I was so close to freaking out.

As soon as I gotten her to their room (Damon, and Kayla's) I set her on the bed. I made sure that her head wasn't touching anything. She moaned a little, and moved.

"Dad?" She asked opening her eyes a little bit, to look at me. I sat next to her, and gently grabbed her hand. She sighed, and took my hand. "Dad I will be fine. Trust me." She added softly. I sighed, and gave her a look. "Daddy trust me please?" She pretty much begged, making me sigh again.

"I trust you, but I just want you to heal right now." I replied softly making her nod. She looked like she wanted to cry. It broke my heart.

"Don't leave me alone. Please?" She begged making me nod. I gotten into the bed next to her, and she scooted closer to me. I wrapped an arm around her, and she rested her head on my chest. She sighed, and I started thinking about a song that my mother used to hum to me when I was just a little boy. I started to hum it the exact way my mother did.

Mikael's POV

Everybody was downstairs worrying about Kayla, but Esther was making her the tea that was used to heal Bella. Madeline was looking for the spell again. I decided to listen in on what Kayla, and Elijah were saying if they were saying anything at all.

"I trust you, but I just want you to heal right now." Elijah replied softly.

"Don't leave me alone. Please?" I heard Kayla ask. She sighed, and I heard Elijah start humming the song that Esther would hum to the children when they were just little infants. He was humming it the exact way Esther did. I smiled slightly, and got a few questioning looks.
