Ethan Chapter 6

Ethan's sword was finally repaired, and we once again began our journey.

Ray: "This forest looks deep."

Estel: "This is Yuguna Forest. I've heard that there are many theives in this area."

Sara: "We'll have to be very careful."

Estel: "I will protect you, Sara."

Sara: "Thank you, Estel."

Ray: "We are talking about Sara here, though. I'm betting that her blundering will get her captured."

Sara: "Do you really think im a blunderer!?"

Ray: "I wonder?"

Estel: "Even if you are captured, I will save you."

Sara: "But im telling you, Im not going to be captured!"

As we quarreled, Ethan stood by, laughing softly.

Ethan: "I will destroy the enemy before you can be captured."

Sara: "Hold on! You too...? It sounds like you've already decided in adance that I am going to bungle things."

Ethan: "That's not it. It doesnt matter what happens, I am going to mow down our enemy."

Ethan's voice was full of confidence.

Ray: "Forget about robbers, those clouds are what look threatening."

Ethan: "You're right. It looks like rain."

Sara: "How do you know?"

Ethan: "I've traveled a lot, and I've learned a lot about nature.

Ray: "I'd like to get out of this forest as soon as possible. Hey, Estel, cant you use your elf powers to stop the rain?"

Estel: "Elves dont have that kind of power."

Ray: "Like I said, useless."

Estel: "Well then, Ray, how about using some magic to stop the rain."

Ray: "I cant do that."

Estel: "Then do not mock me."

Ray: "I was just kidding around. Dont take yourself so seriously."

Estel: "It didnt sound like you were kidding."

Oh, no. They are fighting again. But I guess this isnt so bad. Recently I've learned to understand if their fights are serious or not.

I understand that this time, they are not serious.

I actually think that when they fight like this, they're on good terms.

As I listened to the two of tem argue behind me, I laughed to myself.
