"Babe, wake up!" Jennie yelled at Jisoo who was still sleeping on the bed. Jisoo opened one of her eye and looked at Jennie. She teased her by closing her eye and said "5 more minutes."
"Nooo! Wake upp!" Jennie said. "Its our anniversary today remember?" Jisoo sat on the bed and gave Jennie a kiss.
"Of course I remember, silly. I even got you a gift." Jisoo said. She went to her drawer and grabbed a velvet box. She walked back to Jennie and gave her the box.
"Happy monthsary babe. Now you have a ruby much like yourself." Jennie opened the box and saw a necklace with the initials K and J, meaning Kim Jisoo and Kim Jennie. The necklace was made of ruby and was surrounded by a thin gold lining. Jisoo helped Jennie wear the necklace and it suited her in every way. Jennie smiled and looked at her girlfriend which she loved so much. Jennie hugged Jisoo and didn't let go for a while.

"Jennie!" Jisoo hugged Jennie at the door. Jennie was at New Zealand to celebrate her mother's birthday. She didn't tell Jisoo when she was coming back but she told her that she was coming back soon.
"Happy monthsary babe!" Jennie said. She gave Jisoo bracelet that had good luck charms. Jisoo happily accepted it and hugged Jennie once more.
"I'm sorry that I didn't get anything for you babe... I didn't expect that you would come!" Jisoo told Jennie.

"Jennie?! How could you do this?!" Jisoo yelled at her. She found out that Jennie had been seeing another person. They were about to become idols the next two months when Jennie became careless and flirted with other people.
"I'm really sorry Jisoo! Please forgive me! I didn't mean it! I swear! I won't do it again!" Jennie begged Jisoo. Jisoo was about to leave the house when Jennie grabbed her arm. Jisoo didn't want to look at Jennie because she was in tears.
"Jisoo, please don't leave! I love you!" Jennie cried. "If you love me, then why did you see another guy?!" Jisoo finally looked at Jennie in tears.
"I love you Jennie, but if you keep doing this, I'm going to end it." Jisoo said. "If you really want me to stay, then prove it. Prove that you love me."
Jennie nodded and led Jisoo to their room. Jennie pulled a shoebox underneath their bed and opened it. Jisoo got shocked at what she saw and cried even more.
"The letters you used to give me, I kept all of them." Jennie explained. "Every single one was not missing. I had them all."
"This proved my love to you before. Can it still prove now?" Jennie looked at Jisoo's crying eyes. Jisoo nodded and hugged Jennie.

"Its over." Jennie told Jisoo with a stern look.
"Wh-what did I do?" Jisoo asked Jennie. She was about to cry from the pain.
"Nothing. It's just that I don't love you anymore Jisoo." Jennie said. Jisoo burt into tears when she heard this.
"Then... Who's the new one?" Jisoo asked.
"It's Lisa."
"Lisa? The Thai girl?"
"Yeah."
"Why?"
"I don't feel the spark when I'm with you anymore, Jisoo. But when I'm with Lisa, I feel it."
"..."
"I'm sorry Jisoo. But can we at least stay best friends?"
"Yeah. Fine." Jisoo said lifelessly.
"I hope you understand."

Jennie and Jisoo were left at the table while their manager and the two maknaes were ordering. Jisoo suddenly broke the silence by talking to Jennie.
"Hey."
"Hey."
"How've you been?"
"I'm fine."
"You're still beautiful Jen."
"You are too."
"How's you and Lis?"
"We're fine. I mean, we're just bestfriends. How 'bout you? Have you found someone new?"

"Oh. Well that's unexpected."
"Yeah. I know. I have no idea how I held on after two years."
"..."
"Must be cause of your letters. I also kept them you know."
"You, you did?"
"Yeah. I did."
"I know you won't love me back again but please, Jen, let me love you. Please."

"So, why are we here?" Jisoo asked Lisa, who invited her to a café.
"You were with Jennie before we became idols right unnie?" Lisa asked.
"Is that what you brought me here for?" Jisoo asked in an annoyed but polite voice.
"Just please answer me unnie."
"Alright. Fine. Yes, me and Jennie were together for a year before she broke up with me and we became idols." The waitress arrived with Jisoo's Espresso and Lisa's Frappé
"Are you over her now?" Lisa asked, sipping her Frappé.
"I think. But I'm already inlove with someone else." Jisoo sipped her Espresso and looked at Lisa who was smiling.
"Really? Then, can I have her?" Lisa asked with joy.
"Wait. You like her?"
"Yeah. She's pretty, sweet, kind, caring, and cute."
Jisoo gave Lisa a faint smile. A smile which hides so much pain and frustration.
"That's good to know. Alright. You can have her. Uhm, its 10AM and I have to head somewhere, bye!" Jisoo ran out of the café with her Espresso with tears in her eyes.
'She's finally gonna be happy. A little more and I'm over her. Just a little longer.'
