Hello everyone and welcome to a new chapter today I hope everyone is doing well. I am super excited about this chapter, in case you didn't see my announcement I said that this new chapter was going to be The Flash vs. Arrow. Pretty exciting stuff. I love the Flash vs Arrow crossover I thought it was one of the best ones ever, and around that time I started to like Olivarry (Barry/Oliver), I mean I know a lot of people who are Olivarry shippers but the reason I started to ship them is because it looks like they have a crush on each other so in this book I decided to make it where Oliver has a crush on Barry but Barry likes Steve, no it's not going to be one of those love triangles BS it's going to be where Steve gets jealous of Oliver because of how close he is to Barry. I was going to make Oliver gay in this but I decided to make him bisexual. Does that sound good you guys? Comment down below. And instead of Felicity, who do you think  Oliver should date in this book :D

Alright so in today's chapter we start this off where Flash and Captain America take down a robber and see something weird going on with the victims in the bank, they are fighting each other and have no idea why. Eddie sees The Flash in action and wants to take him down, Barry and Caitlin talk about Steve, CCPD tracks down the robber, a police officer tries to take him down but gets hit with the robber's powers and made it where the officer tries to kill Joe and Barry and that is where Arrow steps in. And did I mention Steve is going to get jealous? :D

Barry's Pov

I was running early in the afternoon after getting a call about a Bank robbery I followed the police cars, I sped up and ran next to Captain America.

"Morning Flash," he said to me

"Hey, how many robbers are looking at?" I asked

"Just one" Captain said

"Alright I'll meet you there," I said and zoomed off

While I was running for some reason I couldn't get Steve out of my head, ever since I saw him last night it's like the spark between us reignited again. I couldn't help but think about his perfect smile. Ugh! Come on Barry get your head in the game. I ran into the bank and I saw not the robber but people....trying to kill each other.

"What the hell?" I asked

"Language kid- what the hell?" I heard Captain behind me. He stood next to me

"Uh we need to do something," I said

"You get that side I get the other?" He asked me pointing to the left and the right. I zoomed off to the right. I tackled a guy on the ground after another guy pulled a gun out and aimed it at his head. The bullet hit the glass behind me. By the time people calmed down, I zoomed out accidentally knocking Captain America down in the process "SORRY!" I shouted God I am so clumsy today. I zoomed off again. I quickly came back to the scene of the crime as Barry Allen.

"Do you mind?" I asked the officer who was by the tape, he lifted the tape "Thanks man" I said with a smile. I looked around and saw Captain America at the scene still.

"It was weird The Flash and I were just responding to a normal bank robbery and we walked in and saw people beating each other," He said to the officers

"Where is The Flash now?" Eddie asked him

"Uh, he left," Captain said. I looked at Eddie weird since when did he become obsessed with The Flash? At the scene, I saw Joe
