I'll probably have a lot of other people's headcannons on here too, cause well some are just too good. Will probably be mostly cute fluff stuff but there will be occasional angs...
Steven introduced her to it as a possible way to help her when she's alone, but he wasn't expecting her to be literally glued to the TV.
She'll be watching it straight for hours on end, just sitting there with her eyes not moving away from the screen like a mesmerized child. Steven would actually have to turn the TV off just to get her away from it, she'd blink a few times in confusion before looking at Steven, not exactly happy to be interrupted.
She doesn't know exactly why she loves it so much, but that doesn't stop her from being intrigued by the cartoon characters moving on screen like they'd been doing this for years. She especially loves the rubber hose style type of cartoons.
Sometimes if she can, she'll come into Steven's room while he's asleep and turn it on, though she's been caught a few times when she accidentally woke Steven up. Steven is happy that she's found something she likes, but he doesn't want her to be completely obsessed over it, so he tries his best to find other things she can do along side watching television.
It hasn't really changed much though, she'll still try watching it at any chance she's got.
Steven is contemplating unplugging the TV for a day as she doesn't quite understand the concept of how the TV actually works. He isn't sure if he should though as he doesn't want her to have a complete meltdown over it, since the last time he tried to hide the TV, she had a small temper tantrum that she couldn't find it, he had to put it back as she was literally looking everywhere for it, nearly breaking a hole in the wall to find it. So he kinda just lets her watch it when she wants, though he still doesn't want her to stay inside all day doing that.
