It's amazing how much your life can change.

Your appearance changes, your hobbies, likes and dislikes all change. How about the people you know and love? You find new friends, new people to live with, new people to trust.

I had found Logan, Hesh, Keegan, Merrick, and Kick. Something had led us to each other and I had yet to figure it out. But it didn't matter, because what it was that made us meet made a good choice. Without them, I didn't know where I would be. Probably dead with the thousands of others from the war. But maybe I wouldn't be. Maybe I would be part of Rorke's army. My mother and father were both Ghosts. I would have ended up meeting the Ghosts and Rorke anyways.

Today, I am proud to say, I'm getting married to the best man in the whole wide world. From there, I have no idea what's going to happen.

"Hair, face, nails," the woman named Macy, my stylist, was muttering. "You're going to need a LOT of work."

"W-what?" I wondered as she turned me around in the black chair.

"Before your wedding, you must be absolutely perfect!" the lady said happily. "I'm here to make sure of that."

"My wedding isn't until tomorrow," I muttered.

"We can get started anyways," Macy started combing through my hair.

I had made three friends over the last few weeks since Keegan proposed. Brianna, who had blonde hair and blue eyes, was in charge of planning the wedding and helping me with the dress. Clarrisa helped Macy and Lilly set up the decorations, chairs, dance floor, cake, and everything else like that. For the first time, I had people who seemed to care for me who weren't a Ghost or part of a war. Brianna was like a sister to me already and Lilly and Clarrisa were almost like that.

"I got your dress fitted," Brianna came to show me a few pictures.

"Thank you!" I smiled. "I can't wait to go try it on."

"We should do that today," Brianna glanced at Macy. "And wait on the styling."

Sighing, Macy let go of my hair and then let me get up. "Fine. Just be back soon enough so that I can get my girls and we can get you partially ready."

"Okay," Brianna and I both said and then went into another room to go look at the dress I had chosen.

It was stunning. I myself, had fallen in love with it. The shoulders seemed to be made of white flowers. The flowers came across the front of my chest where the dress made curves for my breasts. At the bottom of the dress, there were flowers and plants again, but this time they came together and made a netting-type fabric that came down to the slight train.

As Brianna helped me get into the dress, I couldn't help but smile. If I had ever said that my life would never be amazing or good again after the war, I took it back. This was going to be amazing.

"Don't forget the flowers!" Lilly jumped in front of me, stuffed pink and white flowers into my hands, then backed up.

The click of a camera made me smile. I had to get used to smiling a lot with a photographer taking pictures during the wedding.

"Can I take Hailey back now? I need to practice hairstyles on her," Macy peeked her head in.

"Fine," Brianna sighed and helped me take the dress off.

When I walked into the styling room, I saw Clarrisa had come in. She had her arms crossed and was examining the different pictures set on a counter.

"Hey," I shoved her and she smiled slightly at me.

"Hello."

"Come sit down, Hailey," Macy ordered.
