The next morning, I woke up to the sun hitting my windows and hearing the song "Oh Love" by Green-Day on the radio. I just straighten my hair put on an orange shirt and some black jeans, and my Sperry's. I picked up Elias and we went outside where Louis was waiting for us. "Sarah I noticed that I turned 17 about a month ago and you still need about 5 more but why don't I have a car!?!?!", he shouted. I giggled then finally had nerve and I asked him, "Louis yesterday you called me pr-" ,he interrupted me AGAIN. "It was an accident and gosh Sarah I didn't mean it and I know you like Ale-" This time I interrupted him. "Louis I don't like Alex!!!" I exclaimed. "Yeah sure anyway I've been with you from the day your dad walked out to Elias being born to the fight you had a few days ago with your mom!", he yelled. I could feel the tears coming to my eyes. Just thinking about them made me feel bad but hearing them from someone's mouth was even worse. Louis saw me and he took away Elias from me and then hugged me while carrying Elias. "Sarah don't cry please don't cry. Please don't cry if you cry... I'll cry too. You mean the wrold to me my BEST FRIEND." he soothed me while stroking my hair. We continued walking, sure we arrived like thirty minutes late but at least we made it.
Later after school Louis, me and Rose Tyler ,which was helping me with our project, walked home. Louis asked, "Hey Sarah I'm going to take Elias for you can work in peace." I nodded and he left. I noticed my moms car and the words instantly flowed out, " Shi*t my moms home! Rose she might be drunk but don't mind her." She nodded as if she understood but she had no idea what she was in store for.
We walked in and my mom yelled, "Sarah who's that?" "Mom this is Rose tyler my chemistry partner." Her eyes lit up and she rushed to the door. "Rose I'm sorry for asking but quick questions: Are you adopted? If so have you ever met your real parents? If no would you like to?", questioned my mom. Rose's face just had HELP written all over it. "Well... Yes I am but I have my real dad, and I would love to meet my real mom." she answered. I pulled her arm and we went upstairs. "Sarah what the bloody hell was that?", she questioned. To be honest not even I knew so I shrugged and we worked.
Around five her dad came to pick her up. I walked down stairs and he asked, "Rose??" I shook my head and said, "No. I'm Sarah" His eyes were super watery and happy I guess. The weird part is that they looked excatly like my dad's. He came up to me and whispered in my ear, "I'll get you out of here don't worry. I promised." I stepped back a few steps and thought What the fudge is this guy talking about? So my mom saw and she shouted, "Get the hell out of my property Alejandro!!" Rose and her dad left but I had so many questions. Why did Rose's dad say that? How did my mom know all that?
I walked to Louis' house then I knocked; Louis came up with big puffy red eyes. "Louis are you crying? What happened?" I asked him. He didn't answer he gave me Elias and slammed the door in my face. I didn't bother to knock again. I know where I'm not wanted.
At home with Elias he kept on saying, "Sawah!! Loi like chu." I had no idea what that meant but I then found out it meant Sarah Louis likes you.
