True Colors

Keira ran to Annabeth and hugged her. Annabeth hugged back.

After a few minutes, Keira pulled away.

Annabeth smiled. "Your going to be ok, I promise."

Keira thought, in her head, 'I hope so.' She pulled out her black bow and stared at it.

She dropped her bow in the sand and took her hair out to let it loose.

"Soo... There's someone who I think you might want to meet." Annabeth said.

That got Keira's attention. "Who is it?"

Annabeth chuckled, "come on, then!"

So, Keira followed Annabeth to meet this person.

She also, left the bow behind in the sand and never went back for it.

Within 2 minutes, they reached the Arena.

And a guy was talking to Percy. He was blonde, like Keira. Not to mention he had blue eyes, too.

Annabeth and Keira walked up to the guy and Percy. Everybody kinda just stared at each other.

"So Keira, this is who I want you to meet, Cody McGill."

Cody said, "hi!"

Keira half waved to Cody, with a slight smile.

"And," Annabeth continued. "This is your half brother, you share the same father!"

Cody blinked twice, and looked at Keira. "Well this day just got better, I can't- oh!"

Keira littrly threw her arms around Cody's neck and hugged him. . . while crying.

Cody hugged her back. Percy and Annabeth left, so they could have their moment.

And they stayed like that for about five more minutes, once Keira started calming down.

They pulled away for each other, and Keira sat down next to him.

"So," Cody said, after a few seconds. "How've you been?"

Keira looked at the ocean. "Well, fabulous, actually. It's like im living the life, ive always.....wanted." She started fidgeting with her hands.

Cody rolled his eyes. "Fabulous? Yeah, me too, I'm living the dream!"

"Really?" Keira asked, glancing at Cody.

Cody shook his head. "Nope!"

"Oh.....ok" Keira said, with a hint of sadness in her voice.

Cody put his hand on her shoulder, and she looked directly into his eyes. "Tell me what's really going on, I know we just found out we're related, but somethings not right"
