A new start

I woke up to the sound of something cracking

"Huh?"

"Hey June wake up" sky said softly

I opened my eyes to see sky looking back at me the morning light coming through the window made sky look like an angel unfortunately the mustache and heart I had drew on his face was no longer there

"What is it?" I asked still half asleep

" the egg is hatching! "

"What?!" I said sitting up quickly now I was awake

I looked over at the egg to see that sky was right the egg was hatching

"Cloud!" I yelled for the wolf

I saw cloud run in looking worried he probably thought I was in trouble

"Cloud the egg is hatching" I told the wolf

He looked at the egg and then hopped up on the bed next to me looking at the egg and wagging his tail excitedly

I could see the green and brown egg cracking I stared at it amazed and felt an arm wrap around my waist I knew it was sky so I leaned into him and smiled

"I love you cupcake" he spoke softly in my ear

"I love you too"

Just then I saw something green come out of the shell it was a tiny claw

I gasped softly and cloud started barking happily at it

"Shh cloud" I told the wolf

And then I saw the Dragon appear it was so small and was green with brown on its belly and tiny horns I layed my hand down next to it and I saw it look at me with its brown eyes nervously before stepping out my hands I brought my other hand around and picked it up carefully it was about the size of a small kitten it yawned and I awwed

"Oh you're so cute" I said to the tiny Dragon

I felt sky squeeze my waist tighter and he put his head on my shoulder I looked at him and saw him pouting

" Oh my gosh you're jealous! " I said shocked

"No I just-" he tried to speak but I cut him off

" You totally are! "

Sky turned red and looked embarrassed

" it's really cute to see you get jealous" I said before kissing him

When we pulled apart I felt a sharp pain on my thumb

"Ouch!" I said pulling my hand away from the Dragon that nipped me

It then climbed up my arm and onto my shoulder

"What are you going to name her?" Sky asked me

" Her? "

"Yeah she told me"

"You can talk to dragons!"

"Umm.. Yeah I am a god you know"

"Oh....what does she want her name to be?"

"she says you can decide"

"Well what about willow?"

" yeah she likes that name"

"Could you make it so that she can talk to me?" I asked

" Sure"

Sky held out his hands and a necklace with a strange symbol on it appeared in his hands

"There you go" he said putting the necklace on willow's neck

The necklace shrunk to fit her small neck and she looked confused for a second but then she spoke

"Hi there!" She said jumping around

" Hi! " I said

"Sky why didn't we do this for cloud?"

" go ahead and put the necklace on him"

I did and the necklace shrunk to fit him

"Hi june" he said looking nervous

I squealed "Oh my gosh you're talking"

"Yes..?" He responded

" maybe you should keep the neckalace? "

"No I don't talk much anyhow plus we can kind of already tell what eachothers thinking"

"You sure?"

" yes I'm sure oh! Wait before you take of the neckalace I need to tell sky something"

"Oh..ok?"

Cloud looked at sky and said

"Did you know that June cried over you and-"

I prevented him from saying more by shoving a pillow in his face so everything he said was muffled

"You did?" Sky said and I flushed red

" Uh...y..ye..um"

"Oh my goodness you are so cute!" He said squeezing me in a giant hug

" oh get a room lovebirds" cloud said

Sky let go of me and I turned to Cloud and took the neckalace off of him

"If you're going to say stuff like that then I'll be glad to give it to willow"

Cloud looked at me like he was saying fine I don't care I put it on willow and she started jumping up and down

"You and sky are so cute together!" She said

Sky turned to me "I agree with willow"

He showered me in kisses and I could hear cloud...sigh? And then walk out of the room probably annoyed. willow had a strange look in her eyes and then I realized what look that was i had watched so many shows that I could tell that was the look of a fangirl seeing her favorite ship together

When I was finally able to push sky away we got out of bed and did the daily chores before coming back to the kitchen where me and sky made some breakfast and willow tried to help but would end up knocking over the salt or making pots and pans fall on the floor which made cloud since before putting his paws over his ears and whimpering

After breakfast we all talked in the living room for a while before the topic of willow came up

" Hey willow can you breath fire? " I asked her

"No but I can do this"

she walked over to me and breathed out a flower?

"Woah that's cool!"

" Yeah I can create plants and I also have healing powers" willow bragged

Cloud rolled his eyes but I could tell he was jealous so I scooted closer to him and patted my lap a signal that he could rest his head on my lap he layed his head down on my lap while we continued talking

"Sky?" I said

" yeah what is it? "

" Why can me and Cloud communicate telepathically? "

"Because you guys are really close...?" He answered with a guilty look on his face

" And...? " I said raising my eyebrows with

"And.. I may have given cloud some powers like telepathy, strength, and agility"

Clouds ears perked up and he looked at sky surprised so I knew he didn't know that he had powers

We laughed for a while until I remembered something I had forgotten I gasped how could I forget

"Sky! We can open the door now!"

It's getting more and more difficult to keep up these deadlines but I think I can do it anyhow I might not post next Monday since my birthday is Thursday and I will have family visiting over the weekend but I'll try my best.... bye I guess
