Days turned to weeks, and time went on. In the beginning Kurt told himself he'd get over it. He told himself that he ache he felt when he thought about him would disappear, and that his heart would mend itself with time, where the hole Sebastian's absence had left.

He spent a lot of time alone. Blaine wasn't exactly mad at him anymore, but he had been. Kurt remembered their argument.

"Sebastian said you'd been by his house." Blaine brought it up casually, while making lunch the day after Sebastian had left. The mention of the ex-warblers name made Kurts heart shatter.
"Yeah." Kurt muttered.

"You told me you were going to Jeff's house."
Kurt felt slightly bad upon hearing the hurt in Blaine's voice. "Why did you lie to me, Kurt? I want the best for you."

Kurt sighed
"Sebastian is my friend, Blaine."

"He's a manipulative jerk!" Blaine snapped, turning to face Kurt, eyes blazing.

"You barely know him!" Kurt retorted.

"I was the one who introduced him to you, remember?!"

Kurt glared "I remember. I also remember not acting like this when he was flirting with you!"

Blaine crossed his arms.
"It's different. I wasn't flirting back."

"Are you accusing me of cheating?!" Kurt narrowed his eyes. "Because then you're seriously paranoid. Just like last time."

Blaine frowned, trying to remember what Kurt was referring to.

"The whole ideal with Chandler." Kurt rolled his eyes. "You think the worst of me! But it honestly wouldn't be cheating, since I was with Sebastian before you!"

Technically Kurt knew that was a lie. He and Sebastian had never really figured out what they were. But Blaine didn't have to know that.

"Excuse me?" Blaine raised his eyebrows.

" never mind." Kurt turned to leave, but Blaine grabbed his wrist.

"We've been over this, Kurt. Sebastian is a jerk, and its best you stay away from him. So it's good that he left."

Kurt hadnt seen Blaine a lot since then. Not because Blaine didn't try talk to him. He did. But Kurt tried to avoid it. He wanted to be alone. His heart hurt, and he just wanted, needed Sebastian. He'd give anything just to drink coffee with him once more.

It wasn't until a day about three weeks after Sebastian's departure that he really poured his heart out, to someone he'd forgotten would be on his side through everything. No matter what Blaine said, or what Sebastian had done.

"I'm so sorry, boo." Mercedes pulled a reluctant Kurt into a hug.

"He sounds so different from the Sebastian smythe I got to know." She said.
"But then again; I didn't really."

Kurt let out a shaky breath. "I just.. I miss him, so much." He said. And it was obvious to anyone with eyes, his cheeks stained from tears.

"There must be something we can do." Mercedes said.
"I lost his number." Kurt said numbly.
"I can't get into contact with him. Not without seeming like a stalker."

Mercedes thought for a moment.
"Maybe you can." She said.

"Blaine was friends with him a long time ago. But I'm sure he still has the number. You could get it from him."

Kurt huffed
"I doubt he'd give me the number." He said "he seems determined to keep me away from Sebastian."
Mercedes rubbed his back.
"It'll be okay." She said.

Kurt took her advice though. His heart felt lighter after getting to talk about him although not much.

So when Blaine left the house for a bit, and forgot his phone, Kurt set to work. It wasn't hard to crack Blaine's password, and once he'd done this, it was easy to find Sebastian's number in his phone. Or, it would have been, if the number had been there, but it seemed that Blaine had deleted the number.

Kurt couldn't get into contact with him.
