They say its the demons that whisper in your ear
to bring us to our knees,
killing us with our fears
yet it is these demons,
never to rid,
only because they comfort us in our weakest state
and wrench us to our misery
when we're at our strongest
dominating us at life
and here we are to blame for never fighting back
