TMNT - We're meant to be together!

Ch. 1

20 years later...

It was a beautiful sunshine day in the forest; the birds were tweeting cheerfully as they flew in the pretty blue sky that blessed the brand new day. The birds flew to the cabin and went to the small bird pool that had clear crystal water in it.

The birds landed and started to wash themselves in the bath and drink from the water that was left for them. Then the door of the cabin opened and a beautiful 20 year old half mutant woman named Victoria came out carrying the laundry basket with some laundry that was just washed. She breathed in the fresh air and sighed with a smile she love the fresh smell of the forest that had been blessed by the rain they had for the last week.

Vee walked over to the laundry line to start hanging up the clothes while humming a sweet melody she heard onetime when she was in the city with her grandfather to get supplies for them or whenever he went away and she had to be with her uncle and cousin she hates him very much since her uncle had always abused her and had almost tried to rape her but luckily she didn't have to live with him anymore because he was in prison and she was old enough to take care of herself when her grandfather went away.

Vee lifted the blanket over the laundry line making sure that it was properly on the line before taking the washing pins and clipping them on the edges of the blanket. Vee still hummed the song that was in her head as she kept hanging up the laundry. As she pin the last piece of the clothing something cover her eyes she stopped with a smile. "Hmm now who could possible be behind me on this beautiful sunny day?" Vee asked she knew who it was but decided to play a little bit.

"Could it possible be my...grandfather!" Vee squealed and then jumped on him they started to wrestle each other for a few minutes before they stopped and laughed at the fun they had just have Vee was on top of him. "Ah shoot! I thought I would get you this time!" He said playfully at her who cause her to laugh at him and then she got off him and she helped him up before hugging him, "Welcome home grandfather." Vee said to him before breaking the hug.

She then saw that there was something behind him and got curious like she always did when she was a kid, "What's behind your back grandpa?" Vee asked as she tried to look what was behind his back. Her grandfather grinned and then brought out a small fold up box that had a pretty blue ribbon on it, "Happy 21st birthday my granddaughter." He said and gave her the small fold up box Vee giggled with a blush, "Grandfather my birthday isn't until tomorrow." Vee told him as she took the box from him.

"Yes I know Victoria but I decided that I would give you my early birthday gift to you since you can't go anywhere else just yet." He said Vee shrugged her shoulders to show that it was true what her grandfather said ever since she because a half mutant at the age of 6. She couldn't do much like play with the children or do other things she could with the other kids and the other thing was that the other kids picked on her because she was a half mutant and wonder why wasn't she normal but her grandfather had always told her that it was meant to be and that she was still beautiful and amazing no matter what other people said or thought about her.

"Yeah I know granddad it hasn't been easy form me for these last years and I wish mom and dad were here with us to see what I have become." Vee said as she wiped a tear away that wanted to escape her as she reminded of her parents that's lives were taken too soon when Vee was very little. Her grandfather hugged her for comfort, "I know my young kuniochi and they would have told you that you're the most amazing daughter they could have ever had just like I'm telling you now." He said pulling her back and saw the smile she was giving him.

"Thanks grandfather you know just what to say to me even if I don't want to hear it." Vee said with a small laugh. Christopher laughed a bit as well, "I'm glad my child...now come let us have something to eat and then I'll help you around the house but there isn't much to do since you have done all the work already." He said with a chuckle Vee giggled and nodded."And maybe watch a bit television too granddad since you had it install and that we can watch movies and other things as well." Vee said giggling herself as they walked in the house to make them something to eat and they were going to do a little house work together.
