TMNT - We're meant to be together!

Ch. 7

A few weeks have passed rather fast and Leo was indeed healing quicker than any other. A normal being would have taken months to heal but Leo didn't mind in staying with Vee and Christopher they were taking really good care of him. The other turtles would visit now and then but other then that they were busy but Leo didn't really mind because he got to spend time with Vee they did some things together while Leo was healing.

They would do training together but Leo was being careful not wanting to get scold by Vee since he was healing. He would help Vee cook or they just try to make cake or some cookies he would get flour all over him and it would just make Vee giggle or laugh which would cause him to laugh along with her. They talk sometimes about random things but this also helped them to know about themselves but what Leo love to do the most with Vee was to walk with her in her afternoon walks. She did tell him why she loved to take long walks or to just go to her secret place it always makes her calm and feel at peace and Leo had to agree with her on that one.

But the more they spend time together the closer they become onetime when they watched a scary movie Vee had snuggled close to Leo since it got really scary and he wrapped her arm around her it made her blush but she didn't mind she knew Leo was with her. Christopher saw that they were really getting close to each other and it was making him so happy and that they would become more then just friends and he would be right about that.

One afternoon two days before Leo had to return back home fully healed Vee decided to finally show and take Leo to her secret place but she didn't tell him where they were going today she wanted to make it special for him just like he always did with her but it did make Leo curious to where Vee was going to take him. They were holding each others hands as they walked and Leo really wanted to know.

"Vee can you please tell me where are we going today? Even if I'm staying with you and Christopher for another two days." He said Vee smiled nodding, "Yeah I know but I ain't going to tell you what it is and besides it's a surprise anyway you goof." Vee said giggling at him when she saw that pout. "And you'll like it I promise." Leo saw that look which made him smile and rolled his eyes they got to the ledge. He jumped up and then he helped Vee up who smiled gratefully they continued to walk own then Vee stopped and turned to Leo since they were getting close.

"Close your eyes Leo." She said smiling Leo saw that look he decided to use is mask to cover his eyes Vee smiled more when he covered his eyes. Then carefully lead Leo to where they had to go. Vee was really excited to show Leo what she did at her secret place they got to the bush where it was the entrance to the hot spring, her secret place. "Okay be careful because you have to go under a bush here I don't want you to hurt yourself by the branches okay." Vee said Leo nodded to her making her smile Vee let Leo go first before she went next and got next to him smiling brightly hoping Leo would like this.

"Okay you can uncover your eyes now." Vee said biting her lip Leo did what Vee say and when he did his eyes widen at the scene in front of him he had seen Vee go here but he was taken away with the lily flower and cherry blossoms pedals on the water and a few lanterns glowing slightly making look beautiful something he never seen before in his life, "Vee...did you do...all of this?" He asked turning to her she blushed slightly with a small smile, "Uh yeah...I did but I had an itsy bit of help with the lanterns but I only wanted to use three so I wanted to do something for you before you had to go back to your father and friends." She said as Leo continue to look at the view smiling then he turned to Vee and went over to her and hugged her she smiled at this.

"I love it Vee thank you." He said still hugging her Vee was glad that he loved it she had hoped so she had hugged back they stayed like this for a moment. Before they pulled away and looked at each other smiling then the atmosphere changed as they kept looking at each other and it felt so...different, Leo felt it and knew what it meant and it made him slightly nervous.
