Chapter 7

Natalie's P.O.V

I can't believe what I did. Megan is probably freaking out right about now.

"Excuse me, Doctor? Am I going to survive?" i asked.

"Yes, you are. You lost a lot of blood though. You are lucky you have a friend like yours. She hasn't left your side once since you've came here," The doctor said.

I looked around. Megan was asleep on the couch thing with bunch of flours in her arms. She looked so peaceful.

"How long have I been here?"

"You've been here for only a few days."

I nodded then went back to sleep.

"Nat? Natalie? I heard you woke up earlier. That's good. I've kept my promise when I told you that I wouldn't leave you. I haven't yet, Megan got really quiet," I love you Natalie. Can you promise that you would never do that again."

I opened my eyes to see Megan kneeling next to my bed. She was crying or praying or something like that. She looks like she hasn't slept in weeks.

"Megan? Is that you?" I asked.

"Natalie. I love you," she started crying.

"I love you too. How are you?"

"I'm good. My parents are dead but your parents said they would adopt me because of everything. We will be sisters!" She smiled. She got everything from her house to go live with Natalie and them. They are going to home-school us so we won't get hurt. They are even giving me their room because it is right by Natalie room. They are going to take Aarons.

Aaron is in jail for what I told them. He supposedly had a video camera set up during this happened and they got the footage. I wasn't the only one he did this to he did it too his sister and a few more girls. Court is every few weeks now.

Natalie is coming home today. Her parents have a surprise party all set up. They said if we want to we don't have be at the party we can be in either one of our rooms and hang out there for the night. I walked into Natalie's room and picked her bear she always kept on her bed. Today they will be united.

"Surprise!" Everyone yelled while jumping out from behind the furniture.

A party?! Wow, mom must really feel like a failure or something. I will just put a smile on my face and act like everything's alright.

"Thank you! You guys really didn't have to though," Please can everyone leave.

Someone yelled from behind a tall guy, "Oh honey, We wanted to celebrate your coming home especially with everything that has happened."

Oh now I get it. This is one of those parties that people go around taking turns saying I'm sorry. It's like a funeral but I just didn't die. Damn!

I said hi to everyone then left. Yay! Some alone time.

"Ugh! Your parents are ridiculous!" Megan just walked in.

"Megan!"I ran up to her jumping on her.

During all that one of us made an ummph sound. I don't know who though. We started laughing uncontrollably.

"So how was it in hell? Did the devil kiss your ass instead of you kissing his?" She asked jokingly.

I stood up put my hands on my hips," He kissed my ass, and he LOVED it!"

We burst into uncontrollable laughter. I haven't been able to talk, laugh or anything like this in a long time.

When we were done we went down stairs holding hands to get candy. Just like we used to when we were kids, except we were trying to steal candy then. Megan just grabbed the bowl of potato chips and I got the bowl of popcorn. Mom must've known what were doing because she rolled her eyes and waved us off. We went upstairs and started throwing popcorn and potato chips at each other.

"So you really are my sister?!" I Screamed as we jumped on my bed.

"Yup!"

"So no more kissing?"

"Yes no more kissing or it would be incest."

"EEEW! INCEST IS GROSS!" We screamed. Then we fell to the ground laughing.

Life is good, almost good enough I could become a cheerleader again. Haha nevermind.
