A new enemy (Percy Jackson Fanfiction)

Fos Olympus

I need to talk to Lee. He has a lot of explaining to do. He has soooooooooooooooooo many cousins. Right now we're talking to Maria in Lee's study. She seems to be the closest to Lee. The only wired thing is that she calls him Astrlee. She's in the middle of explaining something to Solisse when she just disappears.

A few minutes later she comes back with 2 kids.

"Wear did the kids come from?" Solisse asks. The strange thing is she responded in titan.

"More cousins but they only speak titan." Maria explains. We continue our conversation in titan so that the kids won't be confused.

About an hour later Lee appears in the room. I thought the crunches were just for show or something. Apparently I was wrong. He's relying so heavily on the crunches that I know he's not faking it.

"How was it?" Maria asks him still using titan.

"Same as always." He tells her in the same language. It doesn't even seem like he noticed. The girls in the room look sorry for him. "I just came to get Michelle and Michael." The kids hesitantly walk over to him. He closes his eyes in concentration then they're all gone. How did he do that?

"He's getting tired." Solisse says sadly in English.

"Can you blame him. He almost died then did prince stuff for most of the day. Anyone would be getting tired." Maria tells her. Lee comes back without the kids or his suit jacket. I open my mouth to yell at him but he stops me.

"Don't even. It's been a long day." He tells me. How?! Lee looks at Solisse. "I thought he met my parents?" He asks her.

"He did." She tells him.

"When did he become so thick headed?" Lee asks.

"He's always been thick headed." My helpful sister says. I try to hit her arm but I'm frozen. I can see Lee, just in my peripheral vision. His arm is reached out at me in a stop gesture. I try to move and I find I can't. I put as much strength as I can in moving my hand. I still don't move but after I try Lee curls his hand as if to go into a fist very slowly. It feels like the liquid in my body is boiling and evaporating. I look at his eyes to see they're stary black. His eyes turn back to normal for a second and he looks scared, they change back to black and his hair and clothes start to change as well. Just before I'm about to pass out Lee takes a sharp breath and everything stops. I fall down trying to calm my heart. When I look back up Lee isn't there. Nor are Solisse and Maria but their's a guy. He's probably in his early 20s.

"Hi, I'm Jacob." He introduces himself. I still can't talk because my throat and mouth are desert dry. The man moves his hand towards me and I feel rehydrated. "My cousin is quite powerful. And quite violent when Chaos..." He trails off, offering me a hand. I accept it and he pulls me up.

"I'm Fos." He shakes my hand and leaves.
