I'm sure Eros was far over the speed limit as we raced back to my house, Nereus in the back with me trying to settle me from my panic attack.

I was so embarrassed they had seen me like that. I had gone 2 months without Nereus catching me in that state until Eros came along. To say I was somewhat annoyed with him could surely be understood.

"It's okay, it'll all pass soon love." Nereus whispered to me as they lightly brushed through my hair with their hands.

I may have been embarrassed but I couldn't help but lean in closer to their embrace. I could hear Eros mumbling something to himself, as his own embrace was a tight grip on the steering wheel, but I couldn't hear what he was saying. I could just tell he wasn't happy. None of us were.

We arrived back at my house in less time than it took to get to the beach. Eros was certainly speeding.

As soon as we parked in front of my house Eros came to the back seat and picked me up, carrying me to the house. We discovered that my legs were failing me back at the beach. I wrapped my arms and legs tighter around him, scared he'd drop me or, even worse, disappear. However, I was thankful I wasn't over his shoulder yet again.

As the door opened my mum rushed to greet us only for her face to fall. She could see what she had hoped would be a fun day out had gone south.

Eros carried me to my room with Nereus close behind. Nereus stood to the side of Eros, watching me with a concerned look plastered on their face, as he tucked me into my bed. They turned to leave and, before I could even think it through, I reached out and grabbed their wrists.

We all stared at each other for a while, my hands still lightly wrapped around their wrists, before Nereus spoke first.

"You want us to stay?" They asked, clearly surprised.

I simply nodded my head.

They both hesitated as I dropped my hands before they climbed into my bed on either side of me.

"Do you want to watch something?" Nereus asked.

I shook my head.

"What about some soft music?" Eros suggested.

I thought about it for a moment before nodding my head. I curled into Eros' side as he picked a playlist. We all laid there as the music softly hummed and bounced off the four walls. I started to doze off with Nereus brushing through my hair and Eros' arms wrapped around me. I was falling asleep, the public panic attack draining all my energy, as 'Open Book' by Jacob Whitesides played from Eros' phone.

"This song was practically made for us Sleepy." Eros whispered, probably thinking I was already unconscious.

"I'm an open book you can learn you can look if you let me hold you." The song sang out as I drifted off.

When I woke my friends were still either side of me, proving they wouldn't be going anywhere any time soon. They must've stayed the night which I never expected. I surprised myself though when I slept the whole night through and woke up calmly instead of in a panic attack.

"Hey look, Queen Sleepy is awake!" Eros poked me in the cheek earning a glare from me.

My glare was beat by Nereus flicking him on the ear.

"Ow! What was that for?" He whined.

"I told you to play nice!" Nereus told him like it was beyond obvious.

"I am! She's not made of porcelain you know!" He fought back.

I just huffed, crossed my arms and leant back against my headboard. I was used to their little spats but this time I was literally caught in the middle.
