Kaden stared out the window. They were back home, after Daisy's funeral. He didn't want to leave. But he had too. At least Daisy is home, buried next to her parents.

"Kaden," his mother walked in. "Here I brought you some food. And eat it this time, please."

Kaden nod. "Okay."

"And you have to go back to school," she said. "You can't stay lock up in your room forever."

"I know," Kaden sighed. "I will go back, I promise."

"Good," she kissed his head and walked out of the room.

Kaden grabbed the sandwich and took a bite. It was time for him to move forward, even though it's hard. He stares out the window as he ate.

Daisy shifted, she shifted. It was her first time, and it felt great. And now she was chewing herself out of the coffin. It was hard, but she finally got out. She dug herself out.

"Holy crap!" She looked up. It was Jordan. "Dasiy!"

Daisy shifted back and took a deep breath. "It feels good to be out of there. Fresh air."

"Are you a zombie?" Jordan asked.

"What?" Daisy shook her head. "No, I am not a zombie. I am the real me. Long story short, I wasn't dead. Well, I was, but my wolf kept me alive."

"Wow," Jordan sighed. "So that was what was making the noises."

"Huh?" Daisy frowned.

"The grave keeper heard scratching and banging come from your grave," Jordan said. "And I came to check it out. And wow, what a surprised. Everyone will be thrilled."

"I know," Daisy looked down. "Kaden, he must be despondent?"

"Yes," Jordan helped her up. "Come, now you can be Alpha again. Because I can't handle it, it's too much work for me."

"Your Alpha?" Daisy asked.

"Temporary," he said. "Until Kaden turns 18, he wants to take over your clan. But now that won't be possible since you are alive."

"I see," Daisy smiled. "Let's go; I need to call them." Jordan nodded and picked her up since she felt weak.

Daisy sighed, now to call them. She knows they will be freaking out.

Kaden looked at the house and walked up the steps. He walked in. "I'm here, Julie."

"Hey," Julie smiled. "Come in; it's good to see you." She walked over and hugged her.

"I know," Kaden smiled. "How have you been?"

"Sad," she sighed. "I miss my granddaughter. I wish I could hear her voice one more time."

"I miss her too," Kaden said. "I feel empty without her."

"Anyways," Julie pat his cheek. "Come I made some cookies."

Kaden followed her into the kitchen. "It smells good."

"Have you gone back to school?" She asked.

"Yes," Kaden said. "And it feels nice to be back. It helps to distract my mind."

"Well that is good," Julie said. "Don't ever miss a day of school." He nodded. He sat there and ate. He has been coming to see her often. To keep her company, since she is alone now. And Kaden will be her family until the day she dies. Kaden hopes that won't happen for a long time.

Daisy laid in bed, after being checked. She was a bit dehydrated and on the skinny side. But other than that, she was alive. And the clan was very happy to have her back.
