Harry's POV.
Over the next few months, Remus teaches me meditations to help me gain control over some aspects of my being. They have helped tremendously. Tom ran Hogwarts, while Lucius ran the Ministry, under Tom's orders, of course.
Tom learned to not start binge eating, nor lose control over his creature, as he watched what happened to me.
We brought back the original curriculum to Hogwarts, and added elementary level classes, to teach basic wizarding rules, laws, and penmanship. We also taught our history, including our rituals and old ways.
The Ministry is also much improved. Creature laws have been modified, or completely disregarded. However, they are not allowed to kill wizarding children, 17 and younger. The Misuse of Muggle Technologies has been scrapped, along with undersecretary positions. We do have a new child protective services, for the muggle-borns that get abused by their parents, to safely remove them from those homes, we also keep track of where squibs go, if they are disowned by their families, which is still happening, but it allows new blood in, so we just keep track of the squibs, checking in on their offspring, when they happen, making sure they are happy and such.
Overall, the wizarding world is much improved, there are more creatures out and about, prejudice has greatly decreased, along with biased newspapers, or biased opinions. Blood Supremacy is no longer a thing since it was proved that all muggle-born wizards/witches have some pureblood squib in their family history.
The true Dark Lord has fallen and so has his control on the wizarding population.
