Patton sighed as he watched the other boy hurriedly make his way out of the library, "I guess he doesn't like me..." he thought to himself. Patton shrugged it off. He was here for a reason, so he got up and walked to the counter, every step helping him get more psychologically ready to talk to Mrs. Wormwood.

Patton finally walked away from the counter and readjusted his rucksack's strap to the right position so it wouldn't annoy his shoulder. He'd been fidgeting with it the whole conversation...

Turning around to leave the library, he saw a book on the floor, so he bent down, took it in his hand and placed it on the right shelf. As he let go of the book, he accidentally glanced down at his hand.

His hand where his Soul-mark was supposed to be, to see that...it wasn't there anymore?

Surely this was some sort of mistake, right? He couldn't have met and touched his Soulmate without knowing it! I-it wasn't p-possibile!

"Breathe, just breathe..." he kept telling himself. After a couple minutes he managed to calm down a little, but still felt a little shaken...

Logan could not believe this. He simply could not wrap his head around the idea, and was still in a state of pure shock. His hands slightly trembling, he picked up a pen and started writing down song lyrics and little poems, a thing he did a lot in his free time, or like in this case, to calm down.

It's just...the fact that he had a Soulmate made no sense to him.

It's wasn't really the idea of Soulmates that confused him, he was fine with the thing existing, but...he'd never really thought about what would happen when it was his turn to meet his...

You see, a thing Logan always liked to be clear about to others was the fact that he wasn't at all good with emotions like excitement or joy, let alone love! He was so terrified he'd mess up in every possible way, he just ended up thinking of himself as...well, almost a robot.

"What should I do now...?" Was the main question he was asking himself at the moment. "I suppose I can't exactly avoid the guy for eternity, although that is a very tempting idea..."

In the end he came to a conclusion. The other must have realized that his Soul-mark was missing as well, so if this...Patton? Yes, that is correct. If Patton approached him and wished to discuss this, he wouldn't deny them apparently being Soulmates. If Patton ended up not approaching him at all, he would do nothing about it and just keep living his life.

Yes, that seemed like a good plan.

Ok, we're now more or less done with ppl reacting to having a Soulmate, so you know what that means.......awkward conversations!

Jk, although things will be a bit awkward in the beginning, I guess  :P

Anywayyyyy, I'm glad to know that some people are actually reading and enjoying this book!? Like, I'm really happy about that!

Although this is my first one, so it can't be that good, lol

Byeee!
