二十二┊eunbyeol x hyunjin moments

as the moon was up and shining, so was eunbyeol. the sound of her feet padding against the hardwood floor was almost nonexistent on her way to the kitchen.

it wasn't that late, about half-past nine, and the group had gotten back to the dorm not too long ago.

after eunbyeol took a shower, she tried to sleep.

but her body wouldn't let her, and so because there wasn't anything to really do, she decided to eat something.

she dragged the high step stool over to the counter and stood on top, looking through the cabinets. her eyes lit up upon seeing the label for pepero peek out from behind some other foods on the top shelf.

now on the tips of her toes, eunbyeol reached up, only to accidentally nudge a box of crackers. it fell from the ledge and hit her head on the way down.

"ow.."

laughter emitted from behind and she turned to look, cheeks burning in embarrassment.

hyunjin leaned against the doorframe, doubling over in giggles.

"ha-ha," eunbyeol deadpanned and pouted at him. "that was so funny."

collecting himself, the boy walked over and patted her head. "glad you agree."

then he leaned over her and grabbed the snack she wanted, handing it to her. he placed his hands on her hips and lifted her from the stool, setting her on the ground.

"thanks, you skyscraper," she grinned.

"you're welcome, you ant," hyunjin responded.
