二十三┊panic attack

the time was nearing ten in the morning as chan and the other boys sat on the sofa in their living room. eunbyeol was at another company to discuss collaboration plans with an idol; a lighthearted conversation.

completely opposite to the one that was on the brink of being left unspoken between the boys.

at the end of the couch, changbin was hunched forward with his elbows on his knees and his head in his hands.

"what is wrong with people?!" he almost shouted. "she's barely an adult!"

nobody bothered to try and calm him down for they were all feeling the same way. the scary comments that threatened eunbyeol evolved as the days passed by and for what reason?

seungmin's eyes were glossy as he leaned back, pulling his legs to his chest. "what if they actually do something?"

although his voice was soft, everyone still heard it and images ran through their heads. the silence continued for another minute or so until chan stood up, grabbing his phone.

"we need to tell the managers."

while they were conversing with the staff, eunbyeol was on her way home with a smile on her face. in a matter of time, she was skipping through the front door like a child coming home from a good day at preschool.

"i'm home!"

she slipped her shoes off and pushed them neatly to the side before seeing the boys and two managers in the parlor.

"gosh, why does it feel so gloomy in here? open a window or something, it's sunny outside," she continued, bowing to the managers.

chan popped out of his seat and engulfed her small frame in his arms. "welcome back!"

his demeanor had completely changed from what it was moments before, but they decided it was best if she wasn't told about it. some of the staff would try to delete the comments that could be easily seen on their posts as well as future ones.

eunbyeol hugged the leader back and pulled away, focusing on the others.

"are you guys having a meeting?" she asked. "wait, oppa, are you okay?"
