resting backstage at an mnet performance rehearsal, eunbyeol was laid across one of the black leather sofas. her head rested in seungmin's lap and her legs in jeongin's as the latter held up a camcorder, filming himself and the other two. well, mainly eunbyeol.
it was kind of cold, so she had clean, white knee-high socks over her arms, and seeing as she was sleepy, she was starting to get a little loopy.
but sleepy and loopy eunbyeol was definitely one of the boys' favorite eunbyeol.
"a huge mosquito bit my arm! it was itchy, so i scratched it," she began to sing out of nowhere, moving her hands absentmindedly. "i mindlessly scratched my arm. it was itchy, so i began to scratch it~!"
jeongin and seungmin shared an amused look and laughter emitted from them, but it didn't faze her.
"girl, i wanna see you with me all aloneee, but you're playing with my heart, i know it all!" then came mumbles that took place of the words she didn't know.
"what is she singing?" asked hyunjin in between laughs.
"3racha's next to you," seungmin giggled.
unbeknownst to eunbyeol, felix came by while holding a container of homemade brownies he baked that morning.
"excuse me, oppa," she said to him, eyes barely open. "but do you have a girlfriend?"
"no, but i have brownies."
a gasp sounded and suddenly, she was wide awake again. "BROWNIES? can i be your girlfriend?"
"eun's so bold~"
"if you don't give me a brownie, we're breaking up—"

stray kids were filming an episode for one of their variety shows. this time around, every member will take turns being separated from the rest with a border in between. the member that's by themselves will be wearing noise-canceling headphones while the others answer questions and talk about the said member.
they have the option to take the headphones off but must complete a mission, such as doing three sets of aegyo, to listen to what's being said about them.
it was eunbyeol's turn, so she sat in the chair on the other side of the makeshift wall and put the headphones on. a small, rounded table was in front of her with cards that had the missions written on top.
one of the staff members held up a sign with the question, 'first impression?' and eunbyeol immediately flipped over one of the cards and did the mission. then she slipped the headphones off as quietly as possible.
"first impression?" she heard chan repeat.
"she seems really scary but she isn't," seungmin said.
"how so?" asked minho.
jeongin deadpanned. "her airpod case is literally a yellow recycle bin."
"just be glad it isn't the frog one," hyunjin exaggeratedly shuddered. "that one's weird."
eunbyeol scoffed. "I CAN HEAR YOU GUYS!"
"..how can she hear us?" felix tried to whisper but failed.
"THE ONLY THING SEPARATING US IS A PIECE OF CARDBOARD, YONGBOK."
"yoNGBOK?! I'M OLDER THAN YOU!"
eunbyeol's laugh fell in sync with the others and out of nowhere, felix's head popped up from the top of the border, making her laugh even harder and almost fall off of the chair.

it was nearing eleven at night when the group members were getting ready for bed after a long day of practice and rehearsals.
eunbyeol was so exhausted that she couldn't even make it to her bed; she settled for the sofa, holding one of the throw pillows close to her chest. it was quiet for a while before she felt a dip in the cushions in front of her.
opening her eyes, she was met with the younger of the australian boys. his face was free of makeup and his hair left water droplets on his forehead and eyes.
"what are you doing?" he asked her.
"sleeping," she mumbled, shutting her eyes again.
felix moved a few strands out of her face and behind her ear. "you should shower before you go to sleep."
"i'll shower in the morning."
"you're gonna sleep here tonight?"
eunbyeol lightly nodded and hummed in confirmation.
"okay then," the boy contentedly sighed out.
she didn't feel him move away, so she blinked at him before her face flushed. he was staring directly at her with a small, loving grin.
"go to sleep," eunbyeol said while ignoring her flourishing blush.
"but i like looking at you."
"yongbok, i am going to push you off of this couch."
"i'll take you down with me."
he wrapped his arms around her petite figure and like that, the two fell asleep together.
