"eunbyeol-ah!" "xiao?" "moon!" "there she is!"
ignoring the boys, eunbyeol continued to finish up one of her many pages of homework. she was sat at her desk, playing music in the background when jeongin barged into the room with jisung, felix, and seungmin behind him.
"what are you doing?" jisung asked, squishing his cheek against hers.
"homework."
jeongin huffed, "let's go play mario kart instead!"
"don't you have homework too?" eunbyeol questioned, writing out a math problem.
"that's not important."
"come on, xiao," felix pouted, tugging on her arm.
eunbyeol sighed, "guys, i can't. i need to finish these."
seungmin pondered for a bit before coming up with a plan. in a blink of an eye, eunbyeol's homework sheets were snatched away and seungmin ran out of the room.
"yah!" eunbyeol shouted, getting up from her chair and running after them.
the three other boys grinned mischievously to each other and joined in. seungmin dispersed the papers to them and they held it above their heads since they were all taller than eunbyeol.
"seriously?" she scoffed. "you guys are acting childish. i need my homework!"
"spend time with us and we'll give it back," bargained jeongin.
"i spend time with you guys everyday!"
"but today's special!"
"how?" eunbyeol asked, rolling her eyes.
"..i don't know, but spend time with us!"
felix linked his arm with hers and nudged her, "one round!"
"one round and i'm going back to my homework," eunbyeol said, giving in.
and so the five of them versed each other in mario kart, switching places every now and then. unfortunately, for the youngest's grades, they would suffer in a couple of days because the boys? yeah, they didn't give her homework back until an hour just before she had to leave for school on monday.
