"Tell me, boy. Why do you fight? You could have simply stayed on mandalor, why go and pick a fight with the culmination of twenty-four thousand years of Sith training and knowledge?"

He didn't know why. No one had asked him why, so he never thought of a reason. "It's the right thing to do." The old man didn't move, sigh, or even blink in response. "So it's right to slaughter an entire legion of stormtroopers just because there stormtroopers? Most stormtroopers didn't get a choice in the matter. So I'll ask again, why do you fight?"

Again Ezra didn't have a proper answer. "To keep my family safe. That's why I fight." Again he got no response from the man, aside from the verbal one. "If you had simply not fought at all the empire would have thought you dead, Sabine too. It was your supposed need to fight that brought the danger to them."

"I fight so others don't have too! I fight so my children don't have to hide who they are from the world! I fight for peace, for the ideals of the Jedi of old! I fight so the world can be a better place!"

"Why bother? By the time they're grown the Jedi will be close to fifty years gone. The Jedi will be nothing more than legends of old. A better place you say, so you'll go out and kill all the pirates, the slavers, thieves, killers, drug dealers, rapists, imperial soldiers, and workers. Stop famine, cure disease. No, you won't do the last two. You'll only do the two before them. And if you kill all four hundred million imperials in the galaxy. Wouldn't you be the one committing genocide? Wouldn't that make you the bad guy?"

Deciding to try and change the topic Ezra changes things up and asks a question. "Why are you here?" The old man seemed satisfied with the question.

"You walk the same path I once did. That path leads to ruin, boy. Correct yourself now and come back from it. If you don't, you will find yourself walking down this same path through time that I walk now. Similar to how the Lothal temple allows one to be pulled from time then placed into it at another point. This one allows one to leave time, and even switch realities. But someone must pull you out of here. Otherwise, there is no escape. Don't use this power boy, and if you do, be damn sure you tell someone who knows exactly how to get you out. Otherwise, like me, you'll be trapped in this hell forever."

Voices suddenly erupted from the darkness. Loud and incomprehensible. But somehow, the old man's voice was still clear and precise when he spoke. "It seems they've come for you, boy, congratulations. One last thing, boy, all you have to do is to let them help. Now go, this place isn't for the wanted."

Coming back to reality the voices became clearer and they seemed concerned. "Hey, Ezra, you alright?" Kyle asked as he shook him. "Hey, don't shake him too much, he'll jump up and start swinging if you do that." Ashoka pulled Kyle away from Ezra's prone form. "Is he alright Kanan?" Mira asked over his shoulder. "He should be fine, Mira." Kanan told her while still looking Ezra over for other injuries. "Quiet down mom. He's made of durasteel, he'll be fine." Emilia told her mother. 'As carefree as her brother. They must get it from there father.' Kanan thought to himself after he'd checked Ezra over and confirmed he's alright.

Kanan picked him up in his arms and they made their way out of the temple. "You two got all the info from the library, right?" Mira nodded but it was clear that most of her attention was on her unresponsive son. "Yeah, we got all the info from the library and from the exclusive library." Emilia said. Walking out of the temple and out to the now waiting ghost, they all march up the ramp. Kyle and Ashoka along with Mira start going through the new information. Emilia went to spend time with the two oldest of the former slaves considering she was their age they all get along well.

Laying him down in the med bay next to Jaden Kanan goes to leave but Ezra grabs on to his sleeve. "Kanan, you, Ashoka, and Emilia are in charge until I say, alright?" Kanan nodded then left to tell the others. After a few minutes of rest, Ezra got up and made his way to his and Sabine's room. Checking the time right as he got in he finds it's only just noon.

Feeling towards the bed he finds Sabine still sleeping. "She always starts it, but I always finish it." She mumbled something then rolled over and faced him. "That's true, love. You always finish me off. I wish I could do better for you." He smiled at her then sat down on the bed and took his shoes off. "Bean, you know it'll be harder for you to keep up with me. Force enhanced abilities and all that." She huffed the sat up in bed. "Ezra, we had sex for six hours last night. I was a mess not even halfway through, but you? You came once, every time we have sex I feel like I should be doing more." Finally getting his belt off along with his coat he looks towards her. "So, you want more?" He asked with a wolfish smile. "Yes."

If someone would walk by the ghost now they'd think one hell of a party was going on inside. Loud music, a lot of people, lots of talking and if one listened hard enough, extraordinarily loud sex could be heard.
