An~ Before this starts, just a few things: Some details might be a bit different. I haven't memorized every line, so just expect something's to be wrong. And I know somethings that happen will be unrealistic. I know it's not realistic, but what's realistic about a demon clown eating kids every 27 years? Anyway, some basic info, you are already friends with Beverly, part of the losers club, and instead of going missing a few months before school ends, it's going to be a few days before school ends. Now on with the story~~~~~~~
(Y/n) P.O.V.
It's a boring Saturday. I sit by the window of room, watching raindrops fall down the pane, thinking about how school ends on Wednesday. I decide to go play around in the puddles. This might be a good chance to actually have some fun. My friend, Bill, wants to search for his brother Georgie, who went missing in October. I can't say I blame him, but in this town, people don't come back alive, if ever. Georgie is almost 100% dead.
I remember Georgie. He was amazing. I miss him. I put on my (F/c) raincoat. After telling my parent, who really don't give a shit about me, I go out into the rain. My parents hate me, have told me so many time. I was an accident. If I went missing, they wouldn't care. Once, just to see what they would do, I stayed with my friend, Beverly, for a week. They did nothing. In case I'm the next one to go missing, I always leave a log in my room for my friends so they know the last thing I did. Walking down the street, I swear I see movement in a sewer drain. I look until two yellow eyes appear.
"Hiya (Y/n)." A clown says, stepping into view. I recoil, startled. I see this clowns white face. He isn't the 'family friendly' looking clown. More like something from a nightmare. His eyes are pale yellow, and well as his two buck teeth. His lips are blood red, with stripes on either side traveling up his face, it's terrifying. "How the fuck do you know my name? Stay away from me." I say angrily. The clown pouts, almost looking offended, but I I'm too skeptical to believe in his tricks. "I know a lot of things, (Y/n)." He smiles sinister-like. "Do you want a balloon?" I reject, tryin to not set him off. "I'm not supposed to take things from strangers."
"Well I'm Pennywise, the dancing clown. (Y/n), meet Pennywise. Pennywise meet (Y/n). There now we arent strangers." I shake my head, rain droplets splattering on the ground. "Yes, we are still strangers. I don't know who the hell you are or what you are doing the sewers stay away from me." I stand. Walking away, I turn back to the sewer to make sure he didn't follow me. At this point, I realize that this clown isn't a he, the clown is and It. Like a demon from Hell, an extending arm comes out from the grate, about to grab me leg. I see the pale hand around my ankle, pulling me to the grate, the long nails on the hand drawing some blood. I feel around my pocket for the pocket knife I always carry.
I pull it out right as I'm dragged into this hole. Pennywise lifts me up by my arm. "I'm not afraid of you." I say struggling, trying to punch or kick or hit this son of a bitch. He gives me a dark look. "Everyone is afraid of something. I will find you fear. You are not fearless." He opens his mouth, rows upon rows of sharp teeth appear. He goes to take a chunk from my neck, but I quickly pull my body so that he bites my leg instead, leaving a nasty wound. I use the pocket knife in the hand opposite to the one It holds, and stab him in the eye. It drops me, I limp run into the sewer, checking behind every so often to make sure It didn't follow me.
Third Person P.O.V.
The knife had stung It's eye, and left a bright scar, but it wouldn't hinder It's eyesight. For a moment, it thought about It's options. It easily could find the young girl, kill her, and be done. But what fun was that. She didn't have fear, not yet, and he wanted to taste her sweet fear. She was angry, and bleeding, and of course there was a little bit of fear, but it wasn't the kind of nightmarish fear that Pennywise wanted. No, he was going to wait, find her nightmare, and then feast on her flesh as he would feast on her fear.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(Y/n)'s parents never realized she didn't come home until the next morning, but did they care? No. Her parents are quite heartless. But her friends noticed. Come Monday, her friend, Eddie, who lived on the same street, came to her house to walk to school together like always. The losers club, as they called it, were the ones who had to file the missing persons report.
By the last day of school, another person had gone missing. Everyone forgot about (Y/n) or assumed she was dead. Except for her friend Bill. He couldn't give up. Never. His brother, and now his friend, who was like a sister. He would never believe she was gone until he it for himself, so his plan this summer was to find them. Her other friends didn't want to admit it, but they knew that she was most likely dead, a horrible realization.
