You and Ban just arrived at the tavern all exhausted and tired, you still feel nasty in the inside, why did it have to happen to you, why not to someone else..?

You open the tavern door, immediately gettin yelled at by Diane.

"Why did you two leave like that?! We were worried sick- hey! Look at me when I'm talking to you."

You looked at the ground and brushed passed her.

"What's up with her?" Diane asked Ban.

"She's been like this since I we left the kingdom." He said.

"You guys went to the kingdom?" King butted in.

You sauntered quickly up stairs crying quietly.

You open your room to of yours and Meliodas'

You see Elizabeth talking with Meliodas.

"Oh! Lady (Y/n). I see you have returned." Elizabeth said with a warm smile.

You slightly wave at her as you close the door.

"Sir Meliodas was in a slight Coma for 2 days due to food poisoning." She continued.

Meliodas sat up slightly.

"Elizabeth could you take a step outside I want to talk to (Y/n)." He said.

She smiled and went off.

You gulped slightly.

"What were you thinking running off like that! You've could've gotten hurt." He exclaimed.

You sat down next to him while looking at the ground.

"Where did you two go anyways?" He questioned.

"The Fairy kingdom" you whispered.

"Did Ban ask you to come along because he was thinking you guys could bring Elaine back to life." He asked again.

You were zoned out, and not even paying attention to his words, the episode that has happened today keeps repeating over and over in your head.

Meliodas grabbed your wrist slightly.

"(Y/n)? Are you alright?" He asked while looking into your eyes.

You hitched your breath at pulled away.

You saw Estarossa's face in Meliodas, and panicked.

You started to tremble.

Meliodas pulled you in for a hug.

"Tell me what happened why are you so frightened by me?" He said while drawing circles on your back with his fingers.

You didn't want him to find out about the Estarossa thing, so you used an excuse.

"Ban f-found out.." you said.

"Ban found out that I was once part of the Ten Commandments." You repeated.

"I know you told me that no one else should know, but he found out, he went to the field, and-"

"(Y/n), it's alright as long as you're not dead, it's alright." He said with a friendly smile.

You stayed quiet for a some time.

"(Y/n) do you want to go somewhere tomorrow, just me and you?" He asked.

You blushed at the thought of you two being alone tomorrow.

"Sure." You responded.

Meliodas sighed as he was content with himself.

You've hadn't realized how late it was so Meliodas fell asleep in your arms, so it wouldn't hurt to do the same

•time skip to Midnight•

You wake up panting, you've had a nightmare about Estarossa, you look over to your side to see Meliodas still sound asleep, you smile lightly and brushed some of his hair out of his face.

You obviously couldn't go back to sleep so you went downstairs to have a drink.

Thankfully no one was awake when you came down there, you grabbed a bottle of Booze and drank away hopefully becoming drunk, but, no hope occurred.

1 bottle 2 bottles 3 bottles, you've drunken about 6 bottles of alcohol but not drunk, you were a demon you can't get drunk, should you just kill yourself so you shouldn't feel this pain? No not yet.. it's to soon.

You start crying softly.

"I'm a mess.." you said

"(Y/n)?" You hear a voice.

You turn to see Meliodas rubbing his eye.

"You're not a drinker why are you drinking all the Ale?" He questioned.

You were speechless

"Is there something going on (Y/n)?" He questioned again.

You put on a fake smile.

"I'll tell you in the morning just go back to sleep and I'll be there soon." You replied.

Meliodas smiled and walked back up stairs.

You clean up your mess, and head up stairs like you promised.

"(Y/n) sleep on the same bed as me again." He said.

You blushed as he was being bold about it.

"A-Alright.." you responded as you layer down next to him.

Meliodas gave you a light kiss on the cheek as he drifted off to sleep.

You froze for a second then relaxed and soon fell asleep.
