IN CROWD

Chapter XIV

"What you mean she is missing?" Andrea glares at him.

He shoved his hand in his pocket and shrugs his shoulders "she knew to much" he mutters to himself, she arched her eyebrows waiting for him to continue.

"Ever since that night Becca decided to uncover the truth about what really happen. She needed to leave that shit alone".

She glares at him with a angry scowl "so you and your little friends made her dissappear"

"So you and your friends did that huh" she said to him.

"Why are you acting like this, you offered yourself to us in exchange to be a member of the in crowd" he says bitterly to her.

She frowns tears trying to spill over "I didn't ask to be rape" she says

Renaldo placed his hands in his pocket rocking back and forth on his heels. He didn't know what to say, she was right she didn't asked to be rape but she was. But he had know clue who had raped her. She assume it was one of his friends but he was with Omar and Sammy the whole time so there was no way they could of done it. Why was Omar dead set on getting rid of her if he didn't do it unless he was covering up for someone.

"I'm sorry what happened to you but I don't know who raped you".

She huffs at him " please just go and never show your face here again" he nods as he made his way to his car he look back at her "be safe Andie"he says as he got into his car.

Be safe how could she feel safe when she was violated by someone at a party which was hosted by someone she consider a friend. No one came to her rescue when she cried out for help. No one, after they had they way with her they beat her and dragged her to their car and drop her off. She felt sick just thinking about that night. She had nightmares every night about that day.

She even tried to kill herself but her mother walked in at the very moment when she was about to push the stool from under her feet. Her mom cried when she told her the reason behind it and wanted her to see a therapist. She was on her way there before she stopped by Renaldo . Dr David was her therapist, he was a tall middle age man with a bald head and thick beard.

She arrives at his office his receptionist told her he was waiting on her.

She walks in inhaling a bit of air and exhaling she turns the lock and enter and was greeted by her Dr. He smiles at her gesturing for her to take a seat across from him.

She lyed down on the sofa while he sat on the chair with his notepad and pen ready to take notes. "How are you today?"

"I don't know. I don't know how to feel is like I got numb to it all" she says truthfully.

He nods writing down something on his notepad.

"I saw him today" she blurts out.

"Him, who is him?" He asked.

"My child's father but he doesn't know about Jaylyn" she turns to face him. He nods waiting for to continue but she didn't.

"Where is your child"

"She stays with my grandma both her n my mom thinks I should finish school and get a job to take care of her."

"Why haven't you tell him as yet"

" I don't know only my friend knew about the pregnancy but she doesn't know that I had the baby."

That was a touchy subject for her and she couldn't wait to finish school and get a job to take care of her baby.

Lina sat in first period class it was Maths she groans as the teacher points to her to answer the question, she answered with a roll of her eye. Sammy wanted to meet up with her after school but she wasn't really in the mood to see him but she was going anyways she didn't want him to think she was up to something.

Hopefully he could lead her to Becca, for the rest of the school day the thought of Becca missing played heavily on her mind. The bell rang as tossed her things in her bag after the teacher dismissed them, her brother Eli nods his head as he and his friends passed her in the hallway she rolls her eyes and waves at him. Sammy texted her asking to meet him outside.

She walks out the school the sun shinning brightly in the sky it was the weekend, thank God it's Friday she thought as she saw kids idling by the steps chatting about there plans for the weekend. She on the other hand had nothing really planned. Only thing that was on her mind was finding Becca only if she knew where she was.
She saw Sammy posted up against his black on black BMW X5 he winks at her as she got closer to him causing her to blush, did he really like her or was he trying to figure out what she really knew about Becca's disappearance.

"Hey you"he says as he engulfs him in a hug.

"Hey"she says as she returns the hug, he was wearing a devilish smirk on his face, could she really trust this guy. Becca trusted Omar and look way it got her, Andrea trusted Renaldo and looked where it got her. Becca had told her everything about her used to be friend Andrea. She didn't want to end up like her friend so she had to tell somebody before it was to late.

"Earth to Lina" Sammy says as he waves his hand in front of her. She frowns at him and says "I need to go" she runs of across the parking lot.
"Where are you going?" He yells after her but she didn't look back nor did she answer she just kept on running. She ran until she reach the bus stop. Her parents had taken her car after she was expelled from Paxton so she had to use public transportation to get to and from her destination.

She was going home and explained everything to Becca's parents before something else bad happen...
