Anastasius pov

i woke up by my alarm beeping loudly. another school day, i groaned getting up.

it was 6:45am. way too early for this. i got up and sat down in front of my mirror to do my hair. and then got dressed in my dark blue ripped jeans and my slightly baggy orange sweater.

"Chloe come on i don't wanna be late" i yelled to her, pouring the smoothie i made last night in a travel mug then getting a lunch and snacks.

i put everything in my bag and grabbed my keys and flung my bag over my shoulder.

Chloe is 14 months older than me, she's in her first year of university and got her own place. and asking me to move in with her. i happily agreed.

she was dropping me off at school and then going to her class.

"thanks for the drive" i say to her.

"always" she smiles.

i go to get out but she stops me.

"be careful.. with Ethan today okay?"

"okay Chlo" i say, with a slight smile.

"promise?" she says.

"promise" i say, holding my pinky up and she does the same.

"love you bye" she yells to me as she drives away.

i smile at her as she does so and then walk into the school, being greeted by my best friend Abi.

"Stacey Wacey" she shouted.

i rolled my eyes and chuckled, running up to her.

"hey, abs" i say, once i reach her.

the bell rang shortly afterwards, for first period. Abi and i have the same first period, next period i have 3 of my friends in that class.

Abi and i walked to the back of the class to our seats, of course Ethan was late. he always is.

after 15 minutes has passed, he came in with his girlfriend clinging to his side, like usual. they've always been a on and off couple, ever since they have been a sophomore. his girlfriend, Lola walked off to the other side of the classroom with her friends and Ethan walked towards us, since his friends sit near us.

he noticed me and winked, then sat down.

Abi quickly turned toward me. "i'm sorry but did Ethan Dolan just wink at you" she exclaimed.

i nodded slowly, and smiled slightly. continuing to take notes.
