Stace's pov

Since me and ethan started to fake date, one of Chloes friends started talking to me more. which i found weird, because me and Chloe always had different friends. even if me and Chloe were close, me and her friends weren't and vise versa.

i got a text from one of chloes friends who was talking to me more, saying she wanted to hangout so i agreed to not feel bad about saying no. her names Katie. she was in the room the day i met Chloe's other friends too, including Ethan.

she texted me she was here and so i got up and walked outside to her car and she drove off. we agreed to go to the mall.

"thanks for hanging out today" she spoke as we pulled into a parking spot.

"oh of course" i reply.

*back home*

all day she kept being weird and twice she mentioned Ethan. i didn't think much of it, but it was still weird, considering she's dating someone else in her and Chloe's friend group, James.

i walked inside and went upstairs to the living room.

"hey chlo" i say.

she looked up and smiled "hey, how was hanging out with katie"

"it was alright, she mentioned ethan a few times which was weird"

she shrugged.

then i shrugged and walked up into my room.

i heard the front door open and slam shut and then someone yell "hello all" even though Chloe was the only one down there.

it got quiet and then someone coming down the hallway and then a knock at my door.

"come in" i say.

the door opened and Ethan trotted in.

"hey" he says.

"hello" i say.

he came over and jumped on me as i was on my bed.

"ethan" i laughed, trying to push me off.

"yes" he says, finally getting off of me.

i rolled my eyes.

"i'm taking you on a date tomorrow" ethan spoke.

"where to?" i asked.

"it's a secret, but i'll be back tomorrow to get you at 7:30pm sharp. dress warm"

"okay, will do"

he smiled slightly and walked over to me and pecked my lips before walking out and then i follow him out.

"where are you going" he says.

"it's my house, where are you going" i say.

"fair enough"

i walked into the kitchen downstairs to get myself a snack.

"let's watch Jurassic Park" i heard ethan say as i walked up the stairs.

"why not" i heard one of chloes friends say.

not sure when they arrived but anyways.

i got to the top of the stairs and turned to the living room.

there was Chloe, Ethan, Ethan's twin Grayson and Lily one of Chloes other friends sitting on the furniture.

Chloe on the chair, Ethan on the couch, Grayson on a bean bag we recently put their and Lily at the window seat we have.

"come watch with us, Stace" Ethan says, patting the seat next to him.

i shrugged "sure why not"

i walked over and sat next to ethan and leaned into him and Chloe pressed play.
