After talking and laughing in the Great Hall, it was time to go to our daily classes. I've noticed that at Hogwarts we learn more defense and simpler spells than at Durmstrang where it was all dark magic.

I was going to my next class, potions, alone as the rest of my friends had to run to the common room to grab a book. I was walking through the dungeons, when I was pulled from behind. A hand covered my mouth.

The mystery person dragged me to an empty corridor, against my struggles. Lucius told me not to use my real, powerful spells at school. I obeyed, knowing repercussions would be in order if I did.

"Calm down. It's just me," The person said. Draco.

"Jeez, Draco. I thought you were someone kidnapping me!"

"Shhh... I want to talk to you. But no one can know that I know you."

"I know. Lucius will have my neck if they do."

"Ugh. Lucius... I forgot your still with him..."

"Yeah, like I ever had the choice to leave. Voldemort and all."

"Shhh! Don't say something like that here. Someone could be listening..." He whispered, glancing behind his back. I rolled my eyes.

"What do you need to talk to me for, that you had to literally kidnap me for?" I asked jokingly.

"How are you doing? Really doing?" I sighed.

"Better now, being here. Durmstrang wasn't always the best place to be, wanting friends and all... But Teddy, Rose and Molly make me feel like I belong, you know. Their whole family is all warm and happy. Unlike Lucius, they really care about you..."

"I know... Hermione is just like them. We're engaged."

"Really! You! Engaged! To the Hermione Granger!"

"I'm surprised you didn't know. It was on the front page of the prophet for a week!"

"Well, Lucius never let me read the prophet, did he? He got worse once you left. Told me about who I was that same day. Treated me harder ever since, practically starving me occasionally. And the torture wasn't fun. It was more and more intense, everyday."

"I'm so sorry..."

"Yeah, I got to go though. Potions class. Cya later!"

"Yeah, bye!"

Just as Amber was walking to her class, she felt as though someone was watching her, even though she was alone in the corridor. She shrugged off the feeling though. That is she did until she saw a note on the floor. Thinking someone dropped it, she picked it up with the intent on giving it to her potions professor, but something caught her eye. Her name. Amber.

She opened the note up, not having the feeling of being watched anymore, and read:

Amber-

I know who you really are, Riddle. Give me 100 Galleons and your secret will be safe with me. Leave the money behind the left staircase tonight, by 8:00. If you don't do this, your secret might just slip...
