This isn't going to be a real fun one-shot like I did before. I honestly like stories like this and it sad that no one requested some angst! Plus, I need to figure out how to write Mao.

Yesterday was so perfect. How could this happen? The valley, burn into ashes, with little survivors. Mao was back in the city, along with Baderclops, they made sure Adorbat stayed back at the house, along with the other citizens, despite her protests. This was all Mao's fault.

If he hadn't gotten cocky, then maybe all of this wouldn't happen- A sound of a clockwork was getting closer and closer. Badger ready his arm, as Mao Mao got his katana. The figure was dark, hidden within the ashes and fallen walls, but once it walked closer they can see who it was. "No ... not you." Mao whisper, Baderclops arm started to shake as he tried not to just cry from the sight alone.

The figure was (Y/N), a fellow hero and friend. They were living with them for a while when SpiderClock attacked. (Y/N) was the first to leave the house to the city, protecting the citizens and fighting the villains. But that was all last night, they haven't seen them since. (Y/N) looked practically the same, but instead of there (E/Y) comforting eyes, they were now dull grey.

Their fur/skin was covered in dirt and scraps, and on their right cheek, was a Clock, making its usual sound.

Spiderclock, she's got them too. Mao walked closer to his brainwashed friend. "Dude wait-" Baderclops shouted but it was too late, (Y/N) had run up to Mao and kicked him in the face. Mao got up, still not grabbing his katana. He throws the punch was hit (Y/N) on the left cheek.

(Y/N) used their legs to kick Mao in the knees, making him go down. Quickly, (Y/N) pined Mao on the ground and pulled out their knife. "Spiderclock sends her regards!" (Y/N) was close to strapped Mao on the chest, but Baderclops used his metal arm and punched them which knocked them on the ground. This gave Mao the perfect opportunity to hold (Y/N) down and try to fix his friend. "(Y/N)! Snap out of it!" He shouted, shaking their shoulders as they try to get out of his grasp.

"Dude-" Mao then slapped (Y/N) on the right cheek. The clock on the cheek broke, and when the sound of clockwork slowly stop, hs realized his mistake. (Y/N) was back, their eyes back to their original color but the clock was sparkling. "What happened, all I remember is ..." they look up at Mao and Baderclops and their eyes widened in fear. "Oh God, I ... I-" Mao got off of (Y/N) at this point so they were able to stand up.

"You- you can fix me right BC?" They asked turning their head to Baderclops. He hesitated shook his head. "It's too risky, I don't know Spiderclocks machines well, and you could ..." He stopped there not wanting to continue. "So- so I'm just going to be a danger to everyone?" (Y/N) eyes made waterfalls as they stare at their hands. "(Y/N)-" Mao tried to put his paw on their shoulder which made (Y/N) jumped.

"DON'T TOUCH- TOUCH ME!" they shouted, their eyes turning slightly into a grey color "I- I don't want to hurt you..." they looked at both of there friends. "Tell Adorbat I said goodbye." They sobbed out before running away. "(Y/N)!" Mao shouted, about to go after them but Baderclops grabbed a hold of Mao. "Badgerclops let me go! We have to go get them!" Mao Mao wouldn't admit but he was crying, big fat tears.

Baderclops sadly sighed and walked away from the scene while Mao struggles to say even one word. Meanwhile, (Y/N) is fighting with themselves once they made it far away from Pure Heart. "You- you ruined my life!" They cried, the clock just laughed at them. "Ruined, no sweetie, I made it better!" It said. If the clock had a face, it would be smirking with glee.

"Get out of me!" (Y/N) shouted, hitting their head against a tree. "Get out of me." Their shouting soon became loud sobs, and their head slowly stops banding on the tree. (Y/N) looked back at Pure Heart, but continued further on, into the dark forest.

I feel proud of this one! Even mention my OC 😭. I love SpiderClock and I'm willing to make a whole book just for her. [Oh God don't say that past Matt don't you know future Matt will-]
