Sorry

I didn't want to have to make something like this, but then, I suppose it would be better if I explained why updates on this book are so slow despite the length of each chapter.

To get to the point, I put certain, standards, on my self, with no care at all if they are within or beyond my limitations as a person. It's something that, I realise, I've always done when it came to my works. I never realised it until after I started drawing for IG. I find myself stuck in a gutter several times, since these these nonexistent standards are just so high that I couldn't reach them, which in turn is the reason I rarely post even though I am always active. Those feelings doubled ever since I started writing for Wattpad.

I first started this book when I realised that I had a lot of drafts in my Notes. I posted a certain part of this book on my story and it received good feedback, some even saying that I should turn it into a story on here, which, as you can see, I have done. I did it for fun, in all honesty, and I fully expected to get at least a total of 6 reads, sometimes even none at all, and yet people read it, people left feedback and I suppose that added onto the stress I already had because of school.

The feedback made me want to make a better chapter each time I uploaded since I felt the need to do better, for the sake of those who read this. In fact, I have written the next chapter for this story several times since I was just never satisfied. These factors rose those standards to the point that they were so high that I just slowly lost the motivation to write for this story.

Despite all that, I don't have the heart to abandon this story, having grown attached to the storyline and needing to see it at a close. So, instead of leaving it discontinued, I will be rewriting each chapter. This would leave me with a fresh start at this story, thus lowering those standards that I have created.

As I rewrite, I will be keeping the other chapters up, and deleting them once I have the rewritten versions ready. I'll attempt to write all the necessary chapters whenever I find myself available and finish the story before uploading it so that not only would I be able to upload on a specific date, but updates would come by faster and I wouldn't have to worry about writing the next chapter afterwards.

This is a long process, so please bear with me. I'm thankful that you, dear reader, have read this far. (It means a lot to me.)

I also feel the need to apologise, so I'm terribly sorry if I am such an inconsistent writer. This is my first story on here after all, but I still feel that you all deserve the best.
