Hazel Pov
Its been a while since Pudge and I became friends, but Pudge and i have become really close to each other, been going to the movies eating popcorn. But its just not the same as it was for Augustus, He was sweet, kind caring. Along with being a little annoying but overall Augustus was mine, that is all that I cared about that he was mine!
"Hey, Hazel!" Pudge called out for me
"yeah?" I asked
"well, I was thinking maybe you and I could go do something together,"
"Like what?" I asked him
"Go on a date?" He told me those words and I froze in shock DATE! i couldnt stop thinking about that one word, the one word I have been afride of since Augustus had passed. Without saying a word I just started to run off with tears dripping down my face. I herd him yelling for me but I ignored him, I got to my car and drove off without looking back.
Once I got home, I went stright to my bed without a look back, I didn't eat dinner, all I did was stare up on my celing full of stars, every five minutes I would get anathor text from Pudge, finally I fell asleep around one in the morning. As I slept Pudge was all I could think about.
