Ive just been getting random ideas I want to animate but I dont have the motivation for any of them

and many of them involve crazy ex girlfriend songs

If anyone makes animatics for these I will sacrifice my parents to you, CEGF's songs are so underrated

And yeah, if you haven't heard any of these songs yet I suggest you try and listen to them. They're good and catchy even without context (I think). Just use good judgement if you want to watch them in public lmao

There's some mild NSFW themes here but they're kinda vague and not too bad.

Horny Angry Tango, with Blue and Yellow Diamond. Remember that scene in Change Your Mind where they fight? It's basically that scene except that once they strike that pose, they just break out into dance. The Pearls play the music while Blue and Yellow angrily dance with each other, Steven and Connie getting awkwardly thrown around. And yes, horizontal horny angry tango is included.

Strip Away My Conscience, but it's Diamond AU Steven x Spinel. Steven's aged up and more of a bitch in this au, and their relationship is kind of angsty and is clearly new territory for me. It would make for a good fanfic but I'm not very good at conveying complicated emotions yet

Steven's this dictator raised by the Diamonds and he took Spinel from the garden to be in his court. Spinel knows that Steven doesn't actually see her as a friend, but she ignores this and tries to get close to him so she can convince herself that she's good at her job. Steven just kinda tolerates her I guess and their relationship is hard to watch

To the point, I feel like in this situation Spinel fuckin snaps and she makes her move to try to get close with Steven directly, seducing him and letting his human side's emotions draw him to her. At the same time she could also be trying to learn how to be an asshole like him, because he technically has Pink's gem and she's starting to realise how much she hates her now. I dont know, this has so much room for angst it's great.

I actually liked this one so much that I sketched and almost made a whole ass animatic for this. I only have like 5 finished frames and it's been a month, dont even know how Youtube SU fans would react with a mildly suggestive Stevinel animatic so uh

And if Stevinel is unacceptable, it could also be done with Pink Diamond and emo Spinel, Pink is just gonna have to have a deep voice in her one line lmao

Feeling Kind of Naughty, but it's Chuck E Cheese AU with young Spinel and Pink Diamond. Spinel started working at Chuck E Cheese a few months already, and is just starting to become emo and irritable, but not yet. Pink invites her to go out with her to some party, but they barely talk there. Pink decides to not pay attention and white girl dances while Spinel silently obsesses over her, trying to convince herself that she didn't absolutely resent her.

Her thoughts just stray into murderous territory and tries to shrug it off as a cute girl crush thing. It's cursed and horrible and yet oddly enough it suits her. The two backup ladies are Pearl and Peeps, and honestly they'd look nice in the outfits

We Should Definitely Not Have Sex Right Now, Human AU Spinel and Pink Diamond. The two have a very tense relationship due to, well, their past, but they somehow manage to convince themselves that they're horny and they have no choice. And they do end up in bed they're just like screw it, might as well finish this even though they're definitely gonna regret it later

Settle For Me, with Pearl singing to Rose. Pearl knows that Rose loves Greg more than her, but she offers her heart in case it doesn't work out. Angsty a bit and emphasises Pearl's charm in the song. I'd honestly like a Pearl cover of this

Don't Be A Lawyer, with Blue Zircon being completely done with her job. It's been rough and this one is a very obvious one. I've had this idea sitting in my head untouched ever since the song came out and it's still kinda funny to me for some reason. It's just a very jokey thing.

Love's Not A Game, lead by Steven while the whole of Beach City bets on Lars and Sadie. Takin a dank break from this heavy stuff, this one's pretty simple. Steven catches the Cool Kids and the Off Colours betting on whether or not Larsadie would happen. Although I know that the larsadie ship will probably never truly sail in SUF I like to imagine. In that intro we saw Sadie sitting near someone new and I imagine a lot of people betting on either Lars or the new guy

Steven stands on a table and looks like he's about to lecture the frick out of them, but just decides against that and collects the bets instead. It's just real lighthearted and "JK, LOL" sounds like a Steven thing. Bonus if Garnet bets a suspicious amount of money on the death pool.

After Little Graduation this will all be a seperate AU where Larsadie is still a possibility (?)

Remember That We Suffered, another obvious one sung by Yellow Diamond at an Era 3 Ball. There's actually a few animatics of this already but I like the idea so I'm adding it here. Not only are they played by the same VA, it sort of fits with Gem culture, having suffered through millennia of dictatorship, as well as Pink's supposed death.

The Buzzing From the Bathroom, sung by young-ish Spinel, Chuck E Cheese AU. Pink Diamond is her "wife". NSFW I put that in quotes because they aren't actually married, or in much of a romantic relationship for that matter. It's hard to explain, cause they're sort of like a mix of 'co-workers' and 'friends with benefits' (?). Spinel takes pride in their relationship a short while before Pink Diamond leaves her, and is heartbroken after finding out she hasn't actually been able to make her orgasm.

I imagine the interpretation itself to be mostly dramatic and jokey (Spinel with a tear in her eye as a spotlight falls unto her), just like Tim had it. I want it to be seen as something petty and easily solvable, given how light the problem seems. But as Rachel Bloom said, the underlying tone of the entire thing should be entirely about communication. I want it to emphasize how distant Spinel and Pink's relationship really was.

I'm So Good At Yoga, sung by Yelp Cheerleaders AU. Maybe somehow Yelp gets to lead PE class one day and she just boasts about being good at yoga. She would TOTALLY do that lmao, especially to piss Spinel off. It's not a totally concrete idea but it's kinda funny since Valencia does become Rebecca's friend later. Just maybe minus the sexual tension and more just childish bragging lmao

just imagine yelp trying to do a really complicated yoga pose and, out of spite, spinel does it easily like "I can turn into a motherfucking pretzel. you're just a twig that's as dry as a popeyes biscuit."

That's all I've thought of so far, I might honestly do that Settle For Me one when I'm motivated enough-
