Part 6 - Cinema

Lisa's POV

"What?" Jennie asked confused.

"Overtime. Remember?" I tried to act serious and the moment I saw she scrunched her pretty face I chuckled.

"Just Kidding Princess, who am I to torture a beautiful creature like you." I teased.

"You really love teasing huh? Flatty." She said as she rolled her eyes. Aish that pet name again.

"Only to you." I said instead. "So come on, it'll be fun. We'll consider it as "overtime" cause you're oblige to accompany your boss." I tried to convinced her but it seemed she's not buying it. "Well you need an alibi to your not so caring boyfriend right? This a good way to kill time." I added.

"Yah! Don't you dare bad mouthing Kai in front of me." Of all the things I said she just react on what I said to her boyfriend. Tss!

"Whatever princess, so let's go?" I asked again, hopeful.

"As if I do have a choice flatty. She finally said and it made me smile.

"Cinema?!" She exclaimed.

"Yah, can you lower down your voice? You're getting too much attention." I informed her after I looked around and saw lots of stares directed to Jennie. "Though I'm not really sure if they're staring because you shouted or because they can't help themselves looking to someone as pretty as you." I added and bam, Jennie's cheeks turned to a crimson red all of a sudden.

"Can you not do that?" She asked.

"Do what?"

"Complementing me as if that's just a normal thing to do." She explained.

"Well, I'm sorry, how can I shut up if I'm seeing God's one of the greatest creations." This time I no longer wait for her answer I already sprinted inside the cinema booth laughing to buy our movie tickets. I didn't notice she's already besides me. I saw her eyes bright when she saw the poster of Frozen, aish such a baby.

"How did you know?" She shyly asked.

"Know what?" I confirmed.

"That, ahm. I want to watch cinema." She answered cutely.

"Lucky guess?" I said giving her a confirming smile. But to be honest I just remembered one of Mr. Kim's stories about his daughter. He said that, his child asked him multiple times before for him to accompany her watching her favorite shows but being a hardworking man, Mr. Kim do have his fair shares of lacking being a father, maybe that's one of the reasons why Jennie grew up stubborn. Before I met this girl, I'm convinced she's naturally stubborn, you know typical attitude from rich and beautiful heiress but spending just a day with her made me realized I judge her, totally. I saw how good Jennie in treating other people that even company's helper she made sure to give respect by bowing to all of them, I know she's not fake, its her natural attitude on that part I'm proud that somewhat I'm convinced that Mr. Kim still raised a beautiful fine young woman.

I was interrupted with my own train of thoughts when I heard her speak.

"I want to watch Frozen." She said admiring the poster displayed on the wall.

"Nope, we'll watch End Game." I said.

"Yah! I want Frozen, Lisa." She whined. At least she didn't used the pet name she love calling me.
