Jennie's POV

It's already a month since I started working under Lisa's supervision, despite the bickering we always had, I learned to like her...as a friend and as a superior, yes that's it. Well my father didn't lied when he told me that Lisa is the best on her field, and I can commend her on that.

I was interrupted with my own thoughts when my officemate Mina, tap my shoulder. Well in a span of month I also gained lots of acquaintances and friends, and Mina here is one of those.

"Hey Jen? Come on, they're waiting for us already." She informed that made me confused.

"Waiting?" I asks confused.

"Yah! Don't tell me you didn't read your emails." She said as if I did something horrible.

"Of course I did." I countered but avoiding her gaze.

"You're definitely lying. Come on. We do have a meeting, we're invited through that." She explained.

She grab my wrist and dragged me towards the meeting room. I'm glad we're not late. I roamed my eyes to look for a vacant chair but there's none. I think all the associates and even the bosses are here, by that one of those is Lisa. She elegantly seating and doing something to her laptop, such a workaholic person. I even saw Kai there. He's comfortably seating while I'm standing here. I regret that I wear heels today. When they're about to start I was startled when I noticed Lisa already in-front of me.

"Ms. Kim? Kindly seat on my chair instead." She almost whispered, maybe she don't want to make a scene.

"I ah, thank you for your kindness Ms. Manoban but I can manage." I said giving her my reassuring smile. This kind of gesture from her warms my heart, another thing I discovered in that span of one month? Lisa being a total gentlewoman. I can't blame those girls trailing behind her. She's totally a catch, I'm a, I'm just glad I'm straight.

She look down to check the footwear I'm wearing before returning her gaze back to me.

"I insist. Consider this as an order." She demanded using her authoritative voice so I don't have a choice but to follow.

I sighed and nodded afterwards.

"Thank you Ms." I mumbled when I'm all settled.

"Goo.."

The presenter was interrupted by Lisa's voice.

"I'm really sorry to interrupt Ms. Choi." She apologized. "But can all the guys here who's seating, give their chairs to these lovely ladies who're standing?" She requested. "I'm not sure why we use this room if we're literally too crowded in here, nevertheless I hope you guys, specially the boys here prioritize our girls. It's hard to stand wearing high heels. Be the gentleman that you are. Though I'm not forcing you, let go of your seat and give it to a girl if you want. If not, we'll proceed. We're working in a equally diverse environment and you're entitled on each and every right." She reminded the guys. When I look around, guilt are obvious to them, I mean Lisa's right. We're now living in a world with equality. No one is above each other especially when it comes to privilege. She's just being nice, too nice for my liking.

Gladly every man in the room gave up their seats and we proceeded.

"So going back to the main agenda, here's for our annual team bldg. This year's location is in a mountain." Ms. Choi informed and I heard groans. Well who would want to have a Team Bldg on the mountains, right? Mountains equals hike, equals sweat, equals body pain and so on and so forth.

One of my colleague boldly raised her hand.

"Yes Ms. Jung?" Ms. Choi acknowledged.

"Why in the mountain? I mean before our usual locations where either composed of 5 star hotel accommodation or out of town?" She inquired.
