"Thank you!" I said to the taxi driver, handing him the money that I owed him.
"Have a nice day!" He told me after helping me get my suitcases out, going around, and getting back in his car. I look up at the building in front of me and see Sheriff Stilinski's car in the lot, so I was wondering why he couldn't pick me up from the airport when he said he would.
I shrugged it off, grabbing onto my suitcases and I went towards the front door, and one of the deputies held it open for me, and I thanked him as I walked in and I saw Deputy Parrish.
"Deputy Parrish," I greet him, and he turns around, smiling at me.
"Casey, you're back?" He said, and I nodded.
"Yeah. Is Sheriff Stilinski here? He was supposed to pick me up, but he never did. I ended up hailing a taxi at the airport." I told him, and he points to his office.
"He's right in there talking to his son and Scott." He said, and I smiled.
"Thanks," I say, pulling my bags along with me as I went over to his office door, opening it just to hear him shouting at the boys.
"I don't know what's going on here, but what the hell did you two do while I was gone?" I asked them, and the boys turned around to see me.
"Casey!" They both yelled and I squealed when they both ran over and hugged me.
"Hey. I've missed you guys too." I giggled, smiling at them.
"When did you get in?" Stiles asked me.
"Uh..."
"Right. I'm so sorry, Casey, I forgot to pick you up." Sheriff Stilinski apologized.
"It's okay, Sheriff, I get it. Now, what did you two idiots do?" I ask the boys, pulling away from them and they looked hesitant on telling me. "What?" I asked them, and that's when they told me everything, starting from the beginning.
"Okay, let me get this straight. You stupidly went to Araya to get Derek back, but found out she didn't have him so she tortured you until you finally realized it was my Auntie Kate who is supposed to be dead because we all saw Peter slash her throat, but instead his claws went deep enough to turn her, but not into a werewolf, she turned into a werejaguar, and then she somehow turned Derek back into a teenager and he has no recollection of anything from before the Hale House fire." I summed up after what they told me and they nodded.
Stiles scratched the back of his neck. "Yeah. Yeah, I guess that sums it up."
"Scott, are you sure that my Auntie Kate's alive?" I asked him to be sure.
"I saw her with my own eyes, Casey. She's alive." He confirmed, and I sighed.
"Okay, um, let me talk to Derek."
"What, why?" Stiles asked me.
"Because he knows me. He met me way before I moved here, before the Hale House fire." I said.
"Yeah, four-year-old you! He doesn't know fifteen-year-old you!"
"Got any better ideas?" I asked them, and they were silent. "Then we're all in agreement. So where is he?"
-
"Why would I go anywhere with you?" Derek asked the three of us and we look at each other.
"There was an accident. You lost some memory, but we can help you get it back." Scott said to him.
"How much memory?"
"A lot. But you can trust us." He said, and Derek looked at him like he was nuts. Scott kneeled and showed him his red eyes.
