I laid there, motionless. I haven't been doing anything for the past two months. I lay here and do homework, I don't go to school, nor do I talk to anyone. I only talk to Clare and his mom. She's moving on but I seem to be stuck in time. I barley eat and cry myself to sleep. I'm stuck in this sad, terrible, time.
I spoke at his funeral. I told everyone about how sorry I was and how much I love him, but it wouldn't bring him back. Ma was there for me through if all, and keep me better then what I was the day before.
Clare walked in my room and smiled. "They called dad... He's forcing you to go to school." I sighed and clenched my fist. "I don't want to...." She had tear in her eyes, "what's wrong?..." "I didn't know she took my phone." I rubbed his back. "Who?" He shot up. "Emily's friend... Riley." I frowned. "I tried to ask Hunter what to do... Then you pulled up." I smiled a little bit and called Clare and handed the phone to him. "Tell her."

They talked for a while and he was smiling and laughing. I was happy for them, I really was. I just missed Hunter terribly. I always wear the ring around my neck. I continued to play with it until they got off the phone.

"Thank you Madi."
I couldn't help but smile. I wanted to help people. That's my job. I got up and kissed the ring. I felt him tap my shoulder. "You should hang out with us again, we all miss you." I smiled and nodded. He smiled, "Catch you later, sis."

I miss him.....
