Harry glares at Draco, who gives him a lazy smirk.

"Boy of destiny isn't so strong without his friends. Are you scared, Potter?" He says.

A deep hatred boils in Harry. It bubbles up, and bursts in his mouth.

"We'll see who's weak tonight. Meet me out here, unless you're all lip with no bite." Harry snaps back. Draco's smirk falls off his face.

"Well, Potter, you've got yourself a deal."

Harry stands in the bitter cold, realizing this was a terrible idea. Malfoy may have already gone to get Snape. Harry didn't need any more detentions this year. The worst part is that he was already supposed to have graduated. Voldemort was no good for education.

"Hello, Potter." A familiar voice calls out.

"Malfoy." Harry turns around to stare his enemy in the eyes. Malfoy has drawn his wand. Harry's is at his side.

"Expoximise!" Draco calls out at the same time Harry yells out his spell.
"Incarcarous!"

The spells blast out, crashing into each other. Before the boys astonished eyes, the spells start merging.

"Run!" Harry yells. They start running as the spell starts drawing them in. It is magnetic.

Harry reaches out for any sort of a handhold, anything at all. Nothing comes in time, and he starts getting dragged back.

Beside Harry, Draco is stuck in the same situation. The quidditch pitch has never seemed worse.

The spells draws them in. Draco is yelling something unitelligible.

They hit the spell. A large flash of light nearly blinds Harry. He lets out a yell, and hears Malfoy do the same.

The light still dances under Harry's eyelids as he falls to the ground. Blackness washes over him.
