"Gay, Potter? How disgusting."

Draco regrets the words as soon as they leave his mouth. His heart longs to take them back, but he can't.

What did I just do?

Harry stares at Draco in a mix of shock, horror, and disgust. He storms out of the room and slams the door. Both boys feel a pull on their bond, so don't move.

I can't believe I said that.
The Boy Who Lived was relying on me, he trusted me, and I screwed up. I failed him.

I failed my one true love.

Harry's POV

Harry sat outside of the door, and cried. He'd trusted, and was now thoroughly regretting it.

Maybe I'll send a letter by owl to Ron. He might help cheer me up.

Harry wonders what his parents might have thought of him. Would they have accepted him? Supported him?

I wouldn't be in this situation if they were here. My life would be far better if they were here. Or even just Sirius.

Though he didn't want to, Harry sat there, crying, for a long time.

Malfoy came out of the room when it was nearly time for dinner. Harry tamely followed him, but had no intentions of eating.

"Hey, about what I said back there-"

"Save it." Harry snaps, angry at Malfoy. Trust is never given lightly.

At the hall, Draco drags him to the Slytherin table. He forces Harry to eat a large dinner.

Little did he know, that was a huge mistake.
