" what" arthit asked with a sweet smile.

" P I am now 6. I want to celebrate my birthday too but the cake you brought is extremely big. How can you think that I can eat all."

" stupid. Its your happy day and you deserved all happiness. Also you wants to celebrate with your family. So I brought accordingly. " A

" but P it's super huge. Even the cake is taller than me. Look" saying this he climbed on table where the cake was placed.

"I have now my Mae with me as my family" he said with a very low and sad voice.

Anyhow arthit heard it. " come down first. He hold his hands and said did you by chance forget what you told me about. "

The small eyes only blink quickly. 

" didn't you told me that I am also a family. Or did you lie to me . hmmm? "

" no P I.. I."

" I am joking. Don't you dare to cry. Except that you grow up here and almost all the hospital staffs know you. They are also like family. " a

That night the two boys promised each other that in future they will be a real family to each other. While getting the shot from the doctor the little boy asked with a serious voice " doctor uncle, can I ask you something. "

" ya. Ask" doctor

" can you exchange some of our blood , me and my P"

" what ??? Why???" Doctor

" uncle you know it's my birthday and I wish to be a real family of my P. But aunts Sue said only blood related persons are my family. ( aunt Sue - one of patient's mom in that hospital)

" ohh. . ha...ha...ha... It can be done without having the blood exchange. Ha..ha... You need to be grow up quickly. Turn into a fine young handsome healthy man, then you can marry your P. He will be your family. " doctor

" like mom and Dad, doctor uncle? "

" yes like your mom and Dad. Now be a good boy eat your meds and have good rest. I'll come tomorrow to checkup you. OK. Good night ." doctor

That was the last day the little boy saw his P clearly. His vision got affected due to heavy medication and also a sign of his disease. the very next day when he couldn't saw his P clearly he panicked. He cry almost half a day.

" sweety why are you crying. You'll be OK. You can see again. Mae will do everything to make you cure." 

" Mae I am afraid. I can't even say P's name properly and now I can't even see him. I wants to be with him but afraid that I can't. Doctor uncle said that when I can turned into a young man I can fulfill my wish. Afraid that I can't live that long. Mae P already lost his family if l also..."

" don't say that , nothing going to happened. " 

Both are crying....the mother and son. Arthit saw everything. When he asked about the problem with them then he got to know about the financial difficulties of them. He asked his uncles to help them. He pleaded and promised to do anything they asked. Fortunately his three uncles are agreed and helped with the treatment process.

When everything ready and they know that they need to be far away each other, their heart also shade tears. 

" P you're the warmest person I ever know except my Mae and grandmother. You're my oon. "

" uhhh. What you called me. " a

" my oon. Why??"

" I heard that after so many times so" a

" P is your name Oon. "

" hmm. My mom called me that way" a

" look I already became your family. I thought your mom told me your name in my dream. "

My Oon, he wants to write but he doesn't know how to.so asked his P " P can you teachme how to write it. The blue crayon he hold give his P. 

Arthit hold his hand and write My Oon. Than again he show him what he is going to write......

' MY + OON = Moon' look my oon looks like moon. And you're my moon .

Aim, was, oak got really worried. Pre got scared. She know singto's past medical history. He never faint like that before. Pre was their because of the event clothing charge.

It happened to be singto is the first one to be on the hospital bed when it opened. Its a children's hospital so the doctors are their are top most doctors. They checked him and inform that nothing serious. Its due to lack of rest and shock.

All are now relieved listening doctor. Singto got a IV drip for more energy. He practically lack of sleep these days. The class, practices makes him fully tired .

No one knows what happened even singto himself. It was the name of the hospital.

* Moons children hospital* when the curtains fall a faint voice ringed in singto's ear. Arthit is the one said very low sound my oon moon.

Singto wants to approach him to ask for leave the event. He feels bad and his head hurting. While he just need to touch krist from behind krist said that my oon moon.

It trigger the intense pain his head and everything ...black.
